I recently visited this location’s drive-thru for the first time in a while. At the first window, I was assisted by a staff member who was efficient and patient, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the second window was disappointing.
When I asked twice about my 2 cheeseburger order, the staff member assured me it was included in my Happy Meal and then closed the window. Based on that response, I assumed my order was correct. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered the cheeseburgers were missing.
This experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I will not be returning to this location. I value good customer service and order accuracy, and this visit did not meet those expectations.

Today I went shopping and it takes too long and when you pay in front you pay less and when you go to the order machine it costs you more. I always order an order that costs me $5.79 and at the machine it costs me $8.5. I don’t see that as right. They are charging you more than bad for the same order.

had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s tonight (Tuesday, September 16, 2025). My order was taken incorrectly at the drive-thru, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing the mistake, the manager told me I had to pay the difference. I didn’t have a problem with paying, but he insisted it had to be in cash, which seemed very strange. If I didn’t have cash, they said they couldn’t make the change.
This was not my mistake in the first place, and I believe the manager could have easily replaced my hamburger as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Instead, he refused and handed us back the bag without the burger. I find this extremely unprofessional and negligent. Very disappointing service.

I dined in and placed two additional orders to be brought to my table. The staff brought the first one, but refused to bring the second. I’m not sure why they offer that option if they’re not willing to follow through with it. I’m perfectly fine with bringing my own order but if they offer that option again they should follow through with it.

I just woke up today ,and stop by Mc Donald order a hot cake ,to be honest for $7.08 dollars I can get better breakfast on IHOP any oder place, the hot cake is like piece of Brick, hard to eat.

I received a red raw Quarter Pounder at this location on 6/29/2022. The order taker did not understand me when I said I had a mobile order code. Though the contents of my order were accurate, my burger tasted weird and when I looked I observed it to be actually raw. The photo below is unfiltered and unretouched. It’s upside down because I tossed it that way in my plate. It was terrifying. I called immediately, and was requested to come back with my receipt which the manager did refund JUST the burger part of my order. I really can’t get over it. Just a word of warning before you go to this particular location. It was disgusting and disastrous!

About half of my visits are pretty terrible but it’s a drive thru option that’s on my way to work. Today my “bacon egg and cheese bagel” had no bacon. $8.99 for a missing ingredient is absolutely ridiculous.
