20251129 Stopped by around 3:20 pm for a snack, and got a large fries and large strawberry banana smoothie. The fries were hot and yummy. The smoothie was in a large cup with medium size content. It had small chunks of ice. It wasn’t as good as the Mango Pineapple smoothie that I usually get. I wonder if I was to order a medium, Seoul the cup be filled with size small content?

Filth everywhere you look! Staff refuses to speak American English, and a manager was needed to ring up a simple BoGO offer. Manager refused to not only speak English but although a “manager” she never greeted me nor spoke to me although I stood right in front of her. Food is usually lukewarm at this franchise.

I come to this McDonald’s because its the closest one in the area. I’m just repeating the same comments as everyone else, but I’m surprised after all this time nothing has been done to change things around.
The most interesting and almost comedic experience I’ve had every single time is their soda machines. I don’t know how its physically possible but I’m pretty sure their ice is broken. Not the machine. The actual ice. Their ice doesn’t function as normal ice should lmao. I have to fill up 3/4 of the cup to start sensing the coldness. I swear, it only makes the drink cold exactly where the ice is and nowhere else. Not like other restaurants ice, its actually fascinating.
And the machines themselves. One never has ice in it, ever. Not one single time that I’ve come here. And the soda hardly has any of that soda flavoring or syrup. When I went to try the Hi-C, it shot out as if someone was holding their thumb over a hose lmaooo. The upkeep is horrendous, but if anything entertaining.
On another note, I haven’t had bad food from here, just bad service.

The food quality has completely gone down hill at this location. The poor customer service and lack of attentiveness I can forgive, because I’ve seen the wildness that happens at this location, but I got a Filet O Fish and found something blue in my sandwich that’s obviously inedible.

I had a very bad experience at this particular McDonald’s because firstly my friend got her order late and secondly the chicken in the sandwich tasted off and after dissecting it we saw the raw chicken and was immediately disgusted. Don’t recommend this location.

This McDonalds is disgusting and I am calling ecosure and the health department on you all. The food is always stale and gross and I had a fly in my drink. How do you end up pouring a drink with ice and a fly ends up in it then you cover it with a lid without seeing that? You all don’t clean AT ALL. That is disgusting, unsanitary and unhealthy. You should be shut down. There will be an impromptu investigation from the health department because I am filing a complaint today. You management need to get it together. This ain’t a 3rd world country. Show some class, standards and care for your customers. This is filthy and unacceptable!!!!!!!

The drive thru guy is SO NICE. Just really polite and didn’t rush me. It was such a nice change of pace from most drive thru places, I ought to pick here more often for my own sanity.
If the ice cream machine was working this would be 5 stars all around, but honestly the super fresh fries mostly make up for it.

I stopped here for lunch. Parking lot is small and tight, crowded. Might be better off parking on a side street if you can’t find a space. Lot of wasted parking spaces for mobile carry out ordering. No one parking in those spaces. I walked in and placed an order at the counter. Didn’t see any ordering kiosks. Service was prompt and I got my food quickly. Indoor booth seating is available. I’ve always liked the cushioned booths. Happy with my visit, but I did have to drive around the restaurant twice trying to find a space to park.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this location. The drive-thru staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. First, I was ignored by one employee, and then a woman named Dolores threw my food at me and closed the window so quickly that I didn’t even have time to check my order. Unsurprisingly, they forgot my sauces.
I ended up having to go inside to ask for Dolores’ name because the receipt was so faded it was unreadable. When I asked for the phone number to make a complaint, the employee rolled his eyes and said he’d need to ask a manager, then walked away without any attempt to help.
To make things worse, I couldn’t even eat my food because it looked like it had been tampered with. The quarter pounder was drenched in oil, and the fries tasted stale. If employees don’t like their jobs, that’s one thing—but taking it out on customers and serving poor-quality food is unacceptable.
