I could go on and on with my issues with this one let alone McDonalds in the first place. The only reason we go is for my son, but I’m not spending $5 on a large fry when they don’t even fill it to the top. They want to give you a medium and charge you for a large like I don’t see that. So I got a Deluxe McCrispy meal with the Fry. This time, I asked for ranch on my deluxe McCrispy. And I get nothing but a giant slob of the Ranch. I had to physically wipe it all off and take off majority of the other condiments I paid more for just to be able to finish this sandwich because I refuse to go back so they can mess it up again. I’m not going to waste my time, but what I will do is air you all out on here. Have an unpleasant day from a very unhappy no more customer.

Come to the Crisfield McDonald’s where we have fly sweet tea!! Stopped by to get the kids something to eat after school, we went thru the drive-thru. Service was slow as ALWAYS and staff ALWAYS have a bad attitude but the worst of it was my son had a dead fly floating in his sweet tea that he was already drinking, not to mention its body was decomposed and falling apart so lord only knows how much of it he drank . He is traumatized, so no I do not want a replacement tea. I understand working in the food industry these things happen sometimes but at McDonald’s in Crisfield it is a daily occurrence Whether or not it be hair in your food or dead flies or simply messing up your order. I have gotten iced coffee from them before that had two dead flies floating in it I swore then that I was never going to go back but with Crisfield being so small and only having one fast food restaurant I caved.

We got 2 meals yesterday. We waited 15 minutes for a plain cheeseburger and nuggets. They asked us to pull into a drive thru wait spot which was fine no issue if we have to wait a few minutes however, when we had to wait 15 minutes and a young lady came out to a car that pulled up to the front door and was smoking weed. (we could tell by the smell) that’s when they started to become an issue 10 minutes later The same young girl came out To hand us our food with a very rude attitude. Not only did we wait that long, but our two drinks were incorrect and so was our food.

The staff here is so rude and get so annoyed when you ask a simple question like “did you get the second meal” they chewed us out for that simple question. The food took forever to get and when we did get them all of our buns were burnt

This mcdonald’s is consistently the WORST! their expresso machine has been “broke” for 3 months if it’s really broke. Tonight was the second I brought a meal and got the cheaper meat. Example I got a quarter pounder and they gave me a mcdouble burger. First time I got a spicy deluxe and they gave me a spicy mcchicken patty for the chicken piece it was so small and flat. Not to mention the bread is always hard with the sandwiches…employees will have you waiting on a simple meal for 30 – 50 minutes while they are outside chatting with friends. how is this McDonald’s even open? SERIOUSLY.
