Placed my order on their app. . They did not have my order ready…. had to wait.. The lady tried to give me the wrong order. When she came with my order, my fries were on the bottom of the bag.. Had to go in and get another order…. Always have issues here. My chicken sandwich was inedible… tasted terrible !!!!! Had to throw it away…My big mack had so much sauce on it that it could not be eaten…. SO MAD !!!!!!!!! Just ordered a Big Arch…..AGAIN…..A PROBLEM !!!! It’s so much sauce on it , I could not eat it !!!! EVERY time I come here, their is a problem . !! i’m SO TIRED of this place !!!

This is my local McDonald’s and they’re fantastic! Meals are always hot, ready reasonably quick, and correct! Staff is also nice and helpful to accommodate substitutions and mistakes.

Hash brown’s were cold this morning. Attitude n demeanor of employees are sad. Would been better off going to fruitland sat in drive thru for 25 minutes. Then had to pull in a spot to wait longer. Ill go elsewhere for now on

Placed a mobile order. I was in line waiting for forever because the drive thru was out to the Food Lion parking lot. When I finally arrived to the window I was told breakfast was over and I couldn’t get my food They took my money and my points but I can’t eat… Sorry as hell. This Micky D’s is great! The service, food, etc. was great the day/time we visited thru the drive-thru.
And, the McCrispy chicken strips are the bomb! Add their fries and the sauce… OMG! They are so good! You can’t go wrong. They cost less than other establishments chicken strip meals and taste much better, too!

Bought a hamburger happy meal and told them I didn’t want a drink. Charged me 30 cents extra for a drink I didn’t want. Was told they had to charge me for the drink because the meal came with a drink. Would not let me buy just happy meal without a drink. I’ve bought happy meals from other McDonald’s without a drink. I know it’s only 30 cents but it’s still wrong.

You have to order from a kiosk which is full of germs no hand sanitizer no great attitude about the whole situation when they greet you “you have to order over here!” like you’re some animal the way she talks to you. The registers were open no one was there and I do not pay at McDonald’s with a debit or credit card because of so much confusion… My card has been hacked from there before that same McDonald’s pecan Square nanticoke road or 349 whichever way you want to address it .. cash only I walked out.

I ordered 2 mc flurries and all I got was Vanilla Ice cream in a cup…. see the accompanying photos in hope you don’t order the same thing and get what I got. If there was a 0 star that’s exactly what they would get.
