Drive-thru super long. I popped in, order breakfast sandwich and coffee, washed my hands, order was ready and perfect, hopped in car and exited. Yes, there were only 2 cars still at drive-thru. Thanks to the excellent team, everyone in the “after church” group was happy. Even the 2 men inside that had 4nlarge bags to go for their work crew cleaning up downed trees.

McDonald’s needs to reverse the business model by 20 years. I know it’s her job, but that conversation felt like talking to a child.
Unless I’m just ignorant and McDonald’s has found a way to Houdini all the breakfast food out of the kitchen, back in the walk ins, while simultaneously materializing the frozen mystery meat/plastic burgers in their place. I would imagine it requires a quite complicated incantation.
We have now made a job that 14 year olds kids used to do into a “full time job”, but the kids preform these basic tasks exponentially better.

So this morning I thought I ordered a large coffee but of course the cup looks like a small so it threw me off and I was wrong! They gave me a large didn’t argue me down but I realized I did order a medium so anyways great customer service even though I was wrong!!! Great people!!!!

McDonald’s is amazing. I was able to use a deal on my app for the mcChicken meal and it worked. I had a great time at Macdonald’s and the chicken Samdwich was delicious. I can’t wait to come back again.

Nothing like getting all the way home just to open your sandwich and there’s no cheese on there after you already pay for an expensive sandwich.and not just one sandwich but three my kids too.. Came last night around 10pm and got home to discovered this in my coffee. I also ordered sweet tea and was given unsweetened. Went into today and Manager was reluctant to make it right, I heard her say “I’m not giving a refund for something that happened last night”. So I showed the photo of the bug in my coffee and she gave me a “refund” of less than $2 for the tea… the Iced Carmel macchiato was nearly $4 and I received no compensation or even an apology. Absolutely disappointing experience and bugs inside drink are disgusting.

I am really grossed out. I am certain do not want any of there food again. I told her I am worried I am going to get sick. She said you are not going to get sick. She said I will give you your money back for the sandwich and then I guess i will give you money backfor the whole meal. She says in a rude way I am sorry about that. Now I guess I have food poisoning so now I need to let it pass and stay hydrated. I am super frustrated. I will never ever eat McDonald’s ever again anywhere. I am so.done. I will try to contact a higher up person. This is not ok. This don’t even deserve one star, it should be a minus 100 starts or more
