WARNING, This location has a bad habit of forgetting items that have been ordered and paid for. They have forgotten items the last three times we’ve gotten take out. Sadly we don’t realize it until we get home. My son uses his McDonald’s app when ordering and the order is usually ready when he gets there.
Please check your order every time before leaving the drive through. Tonight they missed the McCrispy my son ordered so he went without it.

Restaurant is dirty and the manager with the blue hair doesn’t have a clue on what shes doing, and shes is very rude and she took fries that was already cooked and threw them back in the fryer, lucas was doing a great job trying to keep up while the manager was being very unprofessional and also a bully attitude towards the employees and didn’t even ask once what was going on. Also, throwing the comment “ you are not ready for this rodeo” to lucas in front of customers.

I got a fry but they were barely warm and tasted stale. Idk if it was cuz it was late at night and they were using the food up but the McD fries are usually the best but this McD didn’t even come close

Despicable and absolutely rude drive through worker. The worker yelled at my mother who was ordering a meal for my family. Though my mother is Korean-American, her english was fluent and understandable; there was no car behind us ans yet the worker continued to rush and proceed to sigh and talk back in a disrespectful manner. If that wasn’t enough, the food looks like slop and clearly the workers don’t know how to place a tomato slice in the general center of a burnt, stale, and crusty bun. The sauce dispenser was either broken or damaged, or the worker has absolutely fried based on the despicable squirts of horror on one side of the bun. Ever need to change the oil? I guess not. The chicken was brick hard just the worker’s ego, ironic because he is working at a minimum wage night shift job, and the outside breading of the chicken was soggy and tasted as if the McDonald’s oil served 10 generations of gremlins. Im just writing this because of my horrible experience with the drive thru worker and the food itself. If you are hungry or crave delectable and somewhat appetizing food that has even ratios of condiments, do not go to this McDonald’s.

Terrible experience — again — at this location.
I placed an online order that included food and ice cream, then went through the drive-thru to pick it up. There, I was only given the ice cream and had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me again. When they finally opened the window, I was met with, “What? Are you supposed to get something else?”
I showed my online receipt, clearly showing I ordered food as well, but the employee didn’t know what to do and got the manager. Shockingly, the manager said the same — that my order didn’t include food — even though I had proof. I was told to go back through the drive-thru just to give my code again and finally receive the rest of my order.
This location is consistently bad: unorganized, rude, and slow. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a frustrating experience here.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to one of your locations. On the night shift, an employee displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude that made my experience very unpleasant.
When I requested to replace the apple slices with extra fries in a Happy Meal, the employee responded by saying, “no, that’s too much work.” This was both surprising and frustrating, as it’s a simple request that I’ve made at many other McDonald’s locations without issue.
Additionally, when my order was prepared, all of the food was served cold, which was disappointing given that I expected it to be fresh and properly heated.
I believe in the quality of service McDonald’s is known for, but this particular experience was far below that standard. I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.
