Despicable and absolutely rude drive through worker. The worker yelled at my mother who was ordering a meal for my family. Though my mother is Korean-American, her english was fluent and understandable; there was no car behind us ans yet the worker continued to rush and proceed to sigh and talk back in a disrespectful manner. If that wasn’t enough, the food looks like slop and clearly the workers don’t know how to place a tomato slice in the general center of a burnt, stale, and crusty bun. The sauce dispenser was either broken or damaged, or the worker has absolutely fried based on the despicable squirts of horror on one side of the bun. Ever need to change the oil? I guess not. The chicken was brick hard just the worker’s ego, ironic because he is working at a minimum wage night shift job, and the outside breading of the chicken was soggy and tasted as if the McDonald’s oil served 10 generations of gremlins. Im just writing this because of my horrible experience with the drive thru worker and the food itself. If you are hungry or crave delectable and somewhat appetizing food that has even ratios of condiments, do not go to this McDonald’s.

Definitely not open at 12:00am as advertised on a Saturday night. We stopped coming home late for a delayed flight, desperate for food, confident that the recent confirmation of 1am closing was correct—it was not. The outside lights were on (including the menu board) but inside lights were off and no one answered at the bright menu board in the drive thru. So sad.

I can’t stand McDonald’s in general. We go because the kids like it. This particular McDonald’s was not bad. Food was pretty good and the service was okay. The employee seemed like I was trying to steal from them for asking for another honey mustard. The restaurant was not filthy but the tables clearly had not been wiped down in a while. Overall, not bad for a McDonald’s.

Food was as expected and the service was fine though not the most friendly and almost no words were exchanged. Restrooms were disgusting but the staff didn’t care. A couple even used the restrooms and didn’t come back to clean them up afterwards. I guess dirty bathrooms are the norm

I stopped at a McDonald’s this afternoon. The one I stopped at was located off of exit 73 on Interstate 70 in Mount Airy/Woodbine, Maryland. I wanted to just get a cheeseburger and some fries. I ordered at the counter and the young lady who took my order asked me if I wanted to change that for a meal because the meal comes with a drink. So I asked her how much was the meal versus what I ordered with the two cheeseburgers and the fries. She looked at me while I was trying to figure out if I would have to pay extra for the two burgers and fries versus the cost of a meal. While I was standing there she said don’t worry I got you. I wasn’t sure what she meant by that but she whipped out her phone and paid for my meal with her app. I tried to tell her no thank you but she said it’s okay. So. Once I received my meal. I gave her back $10 even though the meal was only seven and change. I say this because it is a rare thing to find a young person who is working for a few dollars an hour who would offer to pay for someone’s meal even though they did not know this person. I want to thank her parents for raising such a wonderful young lady and a model citizen. So if anybody is ever near exit 73 on Interstate 70 in Mount Airy/Woodbine, Maryland, stop by the McDonald’s. Something is definitely wrong this store. Each time I’ve been to this location (3 times in two weeks), the orders are wrong or missing items. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW. Buns on burgers are hard and dried out. I do not recommend this location. They just don’t care. If you ask for an item to be corrected, they catch and attitude.

Driving back home after flying in to Baltimore Airport, I stopped at this McDonald’s mid-day on a Friday. All was good: the food, the speed of service, etc. But, BUT, I was very disappointed to receive a straw made of paper. This may please some environmental extremists under the guise of using wood based products vs. oil, but I will no longer continue to visit McDonald’s if this practice continues.
