Ordered on the app at 7:00. I pulled up to the drive thru and There was nobody on the speaker for five minutes, so I just pulled up. The lady at the window didn’t speak that good English which I understand, but I was trying to tell her nobody is on the drive thru speaker and everybody is leaving because of it. After I gave up on trying to explain that, I wanted my simple meal of an iced coffee and hash brown. They told me I had to pay even when I told them I ordered on the app. When that finally got squared away, it took them 20 more minutes for that simple order. It’s my birthday and I just wanted to use my birthday discount, but this McDonald’s made an easy task a very difficult task. I left at 7:35. I don’t even want my money back I just wish I could get that 30 minutes of my life back. Ridiculous. I was early for once on my schedule, now I’m late for class. Food was good though.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your McDonald’s location this evening.

My fiancé and I were dining inside the restaurant when a state trooper and EMTs arrived to assist a man experiencing what appeared to be a serious medical and mental health emergency. While I understand such situations can draw attention, what was truly disturbing was the complete lack of intervention by management when young children and patrons began taking photos of this individual while he was receiving emergency assistance.

This was not entertainment. This was a human being in distress. Allowing patrons, especially children, to photograph such a vulnerable moment reflects a troubling absence of empathy, guidance, and leadership. At no point did the manager address the situation, reassure customers, or remind patrons to be respectful of the seriousness and sensitivity of the matter. Staff simply stood by and watched.

Equally concerning was the condition of the restaurant itself. When we finished our meal, the trash receptacle located near our table was overflowing onto the floor. Because of this, my fiancé respectfully walked to a trash receptacle in the back of the restaurant to dispose of our trash.

At that point, a staff member made a rude and mocking comment about why he was “going to that trash can,” loud enough for me to hear. This comment was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly given that multiple staff members had already observed the overflowing trash and chosen to do nothing to address it.

When I addressed this behavior with the manager, his initial reaction was to laugh at the comment made about my fiancé. Only after realizing how upset I was did he attempt to behave professionally. This response further reinforced my concern that staff members are not being properly trained, and that management is more focused on being friendly with employees than leading them.

I asked for the General Manager’s information so I could escalate my concerns and was only given the first name “Julia,” with no last name or contact information provided.

This experience was disappointing from start to finish. Customers who choose to dine inside your restaurants deserve basic cleanliness, respect, and humane treatment—especially in situations involving medical emergencies.

Leadership, accountability, and proper training are clearly needed at this location.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective action is implemented. Experiences like this are the reason many customers hesitate to dine out anymore, and it is disheartening to witness such a lack of compassion and professionalism.

Doesn’t matter when you go or what you order, they’ll never get it correct. Very few employees speak English & it seems.noone cares about giving out the correct orders. Go to BK, at least they can get orders straight.

Needed a quick meal and this is the nearest fast food. No issues during ordering, what I don’t understand is why they have separate window for drink and sandwich. Don’t know if they’re busy that moment and it was a little wait. Anyways food came out hot, fresh and good, no complaints there.

This McDonald’s Should no longer be in business. This is the worst establishment that I’ve ever seen. The food is horrible and when you say you’re gonna open at five, and you have a line of people waiting for food that does not mean let people sit Till 545 and then come out and say Oopsies, we made a mistake we have to turn all the machines on. It’s going to be another 25 minutes. I will never go back to this establishment.

For a newish McDonalds this place could use some work. Inside at least one of the kiosks is routinely down in some way. When alert is pressed on a kiosk no staff responds. There was a broken drain grate in front of the drink fountain.

Food is as expected (not very good) but quite slow. The staff are clearly working back there so it might just be understaffed.

I asked them to remake my iced caramel coffee with extra cream and extra caramel and I was given this which tasted even more overwhelmingly like black coffee than the first drink I was given and the staff member said that she put 8 pumps of caramel in this cup. I notice that there is not even a speck of caramel anywhere in the cup the second she hand it to me, and it doesn’t have even a hint of caramel. She lied to me cause she was mad I asked for my drink to be remade. I buy one of these drinks every morning. I know what they’re supposed to taste like.

This place is a hit or miss. One day I get my order fast and pretty much perfect and the next there are missing items. There are McDonald’s that are great but most are disappointing and this one is both.

Extremely slow drive-thru service. 15 minutes wait time. Happy meal was tasty. Extra fries were missing, no receipt and Pokemon toy was tampered with. Box was open and cards had been removed. I was not waiting in line again or going inside to resolve the issue because of time. Quality control is a must and you missed the mark. Be it a mistake or someone removing the toy is not good. Do better.
