26 FEB.2026 Service was good. My sandwich was fine and my chicken tenders were dry and more than the 4 pieces I ordered. I usually check my food before I leave(ALWAYS), this time I didn’t and was already on the road.

Drive thru was busy, when I left I was like wow that was quick for how busy it was! didnt have to wait like I expected would happen….fast foward til I get home and I open my 4 piece nugget I ordered with the mcdouble meal deal, and it was a box of sauce( appeared to be big Mac sauce) Whatever, I wasnt going back out for 4 nuggets, but wanted to call to let them know. I GOT HUNG UP ON TWICE, 3rd time I called and asked for the manager, then out of no where the guy started saying he couldnt hear me after I even heard him go “ughhh” so obviously he did, and said for me to call back in the morning. My guess is it was his sauce and he accidently packed it in my bag, and again, it happens, they were busy, but the phone call and hanging up on me instead of apologizing, pushing it off like he couldnt hear me was so UNPROFESSIONAL even for fast food.

Empty drive through but a 10 minute wait for food that was cold, stale and disgusting. The fries were soggy and cold, the buns on the burgers were literally crunchy. The only edible part of the meal was the Diet Coke.

I decided to go inside this morning for breakfast and i ordered on the kiosk. My order came up to $10 something and i only had $7.47 on Apple Pay/Apple cash. I wanted to use that and pay the rest in cash at the counter. I canceled the transaction and a message came up on the screen “receive refund at counter” when I spoke to the workers about it, the manager told me she can’t give me my refund. So now I have to contact Apple to report the transaction. This is very inconvenient and their kiosk machines should not tell customers they will receive their refund at the counter, if it’s not possible. I recommend the McDonald’s in Frederick on Buckeyestown pike, best customer service I’ve seen so far.

On the way back from Harpers ferry stopped here for refreshment. It’s a clean place, dining area and the restrooms. Food was fresh. Enjoyed.

I ordered the McDonald’s land meal and was asked to pull up into a parking space to receive my food once the food came out the tin was missing from the bag no napkins no straw no sauces so we said excuse me multiple times to get the workers attention before going back in to get other order and said I was missing the tin for the McDonaldland meal and he goes you are? Okay I’ll be right back he goes in and I sit and wait and at this point it’s taking so long I guess he thought we would forget and just drive off so I had to get out and go in to get it and this was not the first time they had forgotten to put something in the order it’s always the toys got 3 happy meals a few weeks back and non of them had a toy in them it makes you wonder if the employees are trying to pocket the items to sell.
