They charged me 5.99 for this horrible excuse for a ham, egg and cheese McMuffin. Opened my “sandwich” to see why it didn’t taste like ham, half way through eating this crap to see that they put the smallest and thinnest piece of cheap dollar store ham that they had. It’s absolutely insane that this crappy slop hole is still opened. Generally McDonalds is a pretty horrible place to eat and over priced for the garbage they give you, but this location is insane. However, If you can’t fight the urge for eating horrible trash there are 10000 other McDonald’s literally minutes apart from each other. Go get your trash slop from a different one cause this is by far the worst out of all the crappy establishments.

I went in expecting food came out with trash and a whole lot of time wasted, 40 minutes for my food, expected hot and ready. Then the employees told me to wait another 25 minutes!? I told her that I want to cancel my order but she declined and then suddenly gave me my meal? Ma’am you lied to my face and then you decided that “You know what? I stopped in today the day after Christmas and got my food and drove home to find my fries were only half full and my big Mac had Mayonnaise caked on it. NO BIG MAC SAUCE !!!! MAYONNAISE!!!! and it was cold. I ate it because I was already home but I did take a picture of it loaded with White Mayonnaise on the entire big Mac. I tried calling to tell them and the phone goes straight to voicemail. Im hoping they will get it right and give me a complete meal done right for free. If not I will no longer go to this location

Went to the drive-thru. Sat in line, paid for my order and continued in the que/line. There were two ( 2 ) pick-up windows. Pick-up window #1 was bogged down/waiting for their food. The vehicle directly in front of me grabbed their food at Pick-up window 2. they left and went around the vehicle still parked at Window 1. I proceeded forth to window 2, waited for 2 minutes, the server was seen inside the window, but did not open the window and tell me my order was soon coming. Window 1 then received their food and left. I pulled forward to window 1 and sat for five minutes without any service. Finally, a server showed and informed me I was out of the que and they had to re=prepare my order. Never again McDonalds.

The hole place was a mess, complete disaster! French fries were cold and not even filled to the brim! Literal shoe laces on the floor, trash covered the ground. trash cans were filled to the brim with trash and on top of the trash cans there was even more trash!
I get it’s next to a school, I literally go to the school! But if kids from my school are acting like this you should get them banned! These are high schoolers, you’re teaching them that they can get away with literally anything and be fine!

Missing items had to remind them that we ordered happy meals with our order and they left out the fries in the happy meals. The left bacon off of sandwiches. We used the app so it wasn’t like there was a language issue unless they don’t know how to read. Sandwiches look like someone prepared it in the dark.

Just didn’t give me cheese on my sausage egg and cheese McGriddles. No idea why they would make that custom mistake. This location seems to screw up my mobile order almost 50% of the time. I will be driving the extra distance to other locations in the future.

This is the worst McDonald’s. It’s so so so so slow. No matter what you order you are waiting and or having to go to the waiting window. Never experienced this at any other McDonald’s.

The worst experience ever! I placed a mobile order and normally, I use the curbside pickup feature but this time I forgot to select that option and I had to enter in the restaurant. First, the employees looked like machines. Almost no interaction with clients. I waited and even after I asked for my order, the employee was completely impersonal and gave me an incomplete order. I noticed that my order was incomplete on my way home, so I had to drive back. I used the drive through and asked for the rest of my order, the employee made me wait even he saw me stop at the window. After he finally ask, I let him know that the other employee gave me an incomplete order. Finally, I got my order. I took me about 20-25 minutes to get my order. Really slow for a “fast food” restaurant.
