I went to the McDonald’s on Wesel Blvd yesterday. First thing I noticed was that it was nicely renovated. There was no employees at the register
I went to the area to input my order.placed my order and choose to pay at the counter. That was my 1st mistake.. I’m guessing it took at least 10 to 15 minutes for someone to show up and finish checking me out. I was not the only person waiting there was 2 other people waiting as well. Finally a young lady shows up and finalized my order. I waited I’m guessing 15 to 20 minutes for my order (my order was 2 cheeseburger and a medium fry) seeing other orders coming in after me filled I finally asked the manager about my order which took another 5 minutes.
I guess fast food is going to be a thing of the past in the new McDonald’s renovations. Save yourself some time and go to Roy Rogers next door

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, received this as a chocolate milkshake. When asked about why half was not chocolate I was told they’d run vanilla right before, and if I wanted to wait even more I could get actual chocolate. I had a place to be and didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes until they got around to me. I emailed ownership and got no response. Of course not, they’re perfectly happy to cheap out and charge more and have passed that on to the staff.

I was just up there and I ask for a mocha frappe the manger was like “We don’t have any mocha frappes no more “ I go inside because they forgot are sauce and I see them making a mocha frappe for someone…I am highly disappointed in them because why lie about something like that

Went in to get a quick bite to eat before work and left with a throbbing knee if it wasnt for the fact that my phone had went dead while I was ordering i would have pictures and to he honest my review isn’t even about the abnormally wet floor that caused my fall because there was a wet floor sign its more about the nonchalant unconcerned demeanor of the staff. Besides me hearing a pop in my knee when I pulled myself off the wet floor it was the fact that the staff that seemed to show an extreme of “affection” for each other had no concern not even so much as a are you ok which was odd to me considering the hugs and kisses I witnessed just moments earlier that clearly demonstrated more than patties is getting flipped at the this establiahment and led to believe this was a “caring’ establishment and to the blonde haired “angry” manager who decided an attitude was a better way to go than friendly professionalism shame on you what an example

I sent my husband to this location he went to the drive thru around 9:35pm and I was on the phone at the time while he was ordering. The drive thru clerk was acting very impatient and kept recalling the order wrong. So I called the store spoke another clerk explained to her all that we wanted and he was in the drive thru and the vehicle description because the drive thru clerk wouldn’t come back to the speaker to respond to him. So I believe he went in. He came home with 2 cheeseburger happy meals when it should have been 2 4-piece nugget happy meals with a chocolate milk and apple juice. And 1 cheeseburger. That was not what we received. My husband has never order at a McDonald’s. Grands visiting and they wanted McDonald’s. Worst experience and overcharged. Listening and patience should be a skill required for that position.

I’ve been using the McDonald’s app for over a week and they don’t have my food ready for pickup. They always make me wait more than 10 minutes to give me my order. They should improve on that and have the food ready for pickup. What happens when I use the app? They don’t prepare it at the time the order comes in.

The only good thing about this place is jaquann the manager and another man I don’t know his name but those two are the only good things here because the fix everything with no hassle and offer more for our troubles and I wish they would be able to work at a place that deserves managers of their quality but they have to deal with so many mess ups and many from us. This is the closest McDonald’s so we have to get from it a lot but there is always something missing or no right… This morning I doordashed and the Dasher asked for extra butter and syrup for me and they can’t check bc the bag is sealed… So it gets here and ONE butter… For 6 pancakes and two biscuits… Two big breakfast with hot cakes and ONE flipping butter when they usually at least give two butters and one syrup if you don’t ask for more… Yet there should be one butter per pancake and biscuit anyway but at least three butters and two syrups per one breakfast should be the minimum it comes with yet you get one syrup and two butters when they do it right if you don’t request more yet even being asked for EXTRA today we get 4 syrups which is decent but had to ask… But ONE butter? So they really put one butter for 8 items we used butter for out of the 4 that is supposed to come with for two breakfasts minimum and even asking for extra that’s it? Now it’s busy when I call and I have to yet call and tell them about their awful service and how incompetent people are! This Job is not that hard and how hard is it to place items in the bag or read And make it correctly?! Sad they know me and my husband by name now … If y’all can’t speak or read English well then don’t work where you need to comprehend orders! Half way McDonald’s is even worse and the manager there is awful and refuses to fix the right things she picks and chooses and won’t even offer anything to make up for it … Then we always have to hold up the line and check everything before we leave but sometimes my husband can’t check when he has to be at work and then we get it and he had to run back and it’s annoying when they should not need us to check and then when you have it delivered they can’t look in the bag .. so then when you are in a motel and don’t have the extra butter and syrup or items and you don’t have the transportation so you order it you can’t just run back in when they mess up every time! So then our kids don’t want to eat it bc they want their butter and syrup or when they don’t make it plain .. etc.. let items sit and melt or get watered down and so on.. it’s so frustrating when you pay so much as it is when McDonald’s used to be a cheap place we could afford and good food now you pay double for half butt food and service… Then many make you even pay 29 cents per extra sauce and some really charge us! Happy when we get the humble ones who just give us one..I mean we spend all that money and can’t have one sauce if we don’t get nuggets or chicken strips? Sorry for the long vent but I gave a 2 only bc the two managers otherwise a one all the way. It amazes me how hard it is for people to get jobs these days who would do a good Job yet people who have them can’t comprehend a fast food job
