Good evening everyone! I had a terrible experience when I went through the drive thru at McDonalds on HALFWAY BLVD tonight 3/7/26! I was definitely a Karen and I don’t care because I don’t play when it comes to my child! I placed an online order for pick up and handed my 3 year old daughter her happy meal then she started crying. I looked back to see why she was crying so I grabbed the happy meal to look inside and noticed that her nuggets were not placed in a box and her fries weren’t in a bag, everything was just thrown it there. I looked at the guy that handed me the box (not knowing at that time that he was the manager) and said “what is this? Is this a joke? This is very disrespectful.” He said he didn’t know what happened and that he would fix it. After that, another employee comes behind him at the window and said “maybe it was the guy in the back, he probably laced it” I said “excuse me?” He said “the guy in the back was making fish and he probably laced the food.” I was at a loss of words for a second and asked if he can give me my drink then started snapping because what do you mean he laced my daughter’s food?! I pulled to the front and called my bestfriend and the police because something needed to be done. My bestfriend came so we went inside and confronted them the 2 employees involved. They told my bestfriend that they were talking about a homeless man in the back of the restaurant that was cooking fish on a grill and went on Facebook live and that they were never talking about my child’s food. When the police got there, the manager changed the story again and said exactly what I said happened. They did infact have a video of the homeless man grilling fish in the back of McDonald’s but to JOKE ABOUT SOMEONE LACING MY CHILD’S FOOD?! The police did absolutely nothing but do a report and got me a refund. Please tell me if I’m overreacting or if you, as a parent, would feel the same way? Granted, it was a misunderstanding BUT to say something like that to a costumer is extremely unprofessional and not funny AT ALL.

So I want to say that I came in as a truck driver and I’m leaving as a very, very happy client. This store at 8:07pm here on 8/14/25 was immaculately clean, and organized. Lots of sites are nasty, and not stocked on the cleanliness of their locations.
Thank you for whoever got “strict” on the cleanliness of this location.

This is ridiculous. Pay $20 just for some kind of barcode or expiring date sticker to be in my double cheeseburger. Definitely don’t recommend Buying from this McDonald’s I called in and they told me to come in so they can see when I literally drove 20 minutes

The manager Sabrina is a sweetie. Goes above and beyond to make sure your order is correct and the good is hot! Very clean parking area and drive thru area. I only go to 2 McDonald’s in the area and this is 1.

I’m not from the area and wasn’t informed that they charged for any sauces. When I asked for 1 sweet n sour the very small gentleman with the very large attitude rudely said we charge! Didn’t turn to look me in the eye just kept walking as I was saying I would pay.. and walked right back passed again. .

I visit McDonald’s all over the country and this is one of the worst I’ve seen! Not all but, most of the staff is rude and seem to hate their job. I didn’t chose your job you did! So respect the job or go find a different job! The daytime manager I’ve seen her be very condescending and rude several times with customers! She’s even known for it according to the locals.
McDonald’s do better!!!

Was told to pull up and wait 3 minutes for fries. 10 minutes later they come out with the food and being in a hurry I pull away. Once I get home I see that they have given me a spicy chicken sandwich when I ordered a big Mac. The employee at the window handing the bag said “big Mac meal”. Frustrating and inefficient.

The afternoon/evening shift working on 9/20/25 were some of the rudest people I have ever met and I have met some horrific people in trucking. Not only are they incapable of getting a single order right, but they get mad at you like it’s your fault that they couldn’t understand the order screen. They made McDonald’s seem like rocket science. Every other order was coming back wrong and when we asked for our missing item, they brought us the wrong item yet again. They wouldn’t even remake the fries or nuggets after waiting for well over 30 minutes for everything. This location is a joke and needs either better training and/or better staff.

Its McDonald’s so there’s not much that can be said lol. But my food was super fresh when I went but it was also 8 mins before breakfast switch. They weren’t very friendly and the parking lot gives off strange vibes. Wouldn’t want to go alone after dark as a female but I could be wrong.
