I placed a mobile order for my child, and the process was smooth once I figured out how to select the correct pickup location. The app made ordering quick and simple. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, efficient, and had our order ready right away. Overall, it was a fast and pleasant experience. Great job, McDonald’s team!

Honestly I’ve never had horrible customer service like what I just had in my life. They mess up my order, I go back to tell them and they make me wanna pay for the food that “wasn’t” in my order, then the MANAGER has some nerve to tell me I have to ask with respect and say please. You really expect me to ask nicely after I had service like this? Never. I’m never coming back and I would rather drive to a McDonalds that’s further than this one. Utterly ridiculous and a pathetic excuse of a manager.

I came on 12/23/2025 at 10:20am in the drive thru and the boy totally messed my order up, he needs to repeat the order back to people in-order to not get any mix-ups. I ordered a Bacon McGriddle with an Orange Juice and I received 2 buns and a piece of bacon! This is ridiculous! I’m already on my way to work and even if I wanted to turn around, breakfast ends at 10:30am anyway. You guys need to train your employee’s better and it’s the 2nd time this has happened (with the same employee!). I’m very upset.

So we make it a habit to literally claw something out of a burger when a customer is allergic?
I asked for no onions. I let them know for the second time I said no onions. When I did that, they said hold on… gave me my order back and I drove away.
I checked it and this is what I saw. Nice, right? No to mention they put them on the bottom.
Guess this place made a habit of trying to kill their customers.

How do they manage the drive thru?!?! Like I was the only one in line and they asked me to move to the front door and 10 minutes pasted and 4 other cars that came way after me got their food at the window and left. I then had to go vack around to get my food and the employee who had a strong language barrier told me oh they just went out and handed me my food that was missing half of what I ordered and no sauces I dont even want to go back cause its such a poorly run location

Worst manager and drive-through personnel. I know I don’t hold McDonald’s up to the high standards, but these people are the absolute worst. This specific McDonald’s is the only why I only go once a year now instead of every other week. It’s difficult to get anything done here. I honestly would just go to a different McDonald’s even if it’s further away than this one.

The food is good, but there are a few issues with service. The drink options shown on the kiosk were not available at the dispenser, which was frustrating. Also, essentials like spoons and napkins weren’t included with the food, and they weren’t available for self-service either — you have to ask for them specifically.
