extremely slow and rude employees. in the tol 3 of worst mcdonalds experiences ive ever had in my life.

went here at 1:XXam on a Wednesday and the childish kiddie employees were sitting in their car at the drive thru waiting for someone to pull up so they could hold up the entire line of orders.

ive been sitting here long enough to wrote this review and im still counting the minutes.

the longer i wait the worse it gets. they’re basically harassing the rest of the drive thru line with their obnoxious maniacal laughter out their windows into our direction.

my bag was missed a couple of things in my order. I thought it would be an easy fix so I went back and then it was additional 10 more minutes later besides waiting in line. I never have a bad experience here until today. I’m not coming here during rush time anymore.

Rude! They have gotten my order wrong nearly every time I’ve been in there. And when I called trying to let someone know (first time I’ve ever called) I was told I made the mistake and was hung up on twice supposedly by a manager… VERY unprofessional considering I’ve never made a fuss about it before… ( For context, I ordered 2 gold snack wraps) I got 1 ranch and one gold. So I called to let them know, I got told I was given what I ordered! Insinuating that I accidentally ordered 1 of each instead of the 2 that I wanted. That is the second time I’ve had a manager try to tell me I ordered wrong.. so to whichever manager I spoke to here’s my proof that I ordered what I ordered! I was only calling to tell you to have a chat with your staff because this happens A LOT! but you wanted to be rude and hang up on me. Maybe next time hear someone out instead of being a jerk!

Was there for a dash, they marked order as completed. I ask the manager to please not make it complete cause it could put me in contract violation with door dash and my account deactivated. She got rude and yelled that they don’t work for doordash I said I am not asking you to hurry or anything just don’t mark it ask complete she then threatened to cancel the order so I just left. Worse customer service ever

Ordered the trending grinch meals and honestly I only wanted it for the socks anc pickle fries but of course it was missing the pickle salt and shaker bag . If they were out that’s fine but telling me before I walked out w the bag would have been nice.

Good service. But notice to management: there is a swastika and horrible racial slur in the men’s bathroom. Please remove it. It’s so sad people would do something like that even if it’s just kids being immature. Thanks!

Extremely slow service, the staffs are nice but seemed like they are not trained for efficiency. They run all over the places, long line up, but orders are trickling out 1 at every 5+ minutes. 1/2 hr later and my order is still not done, the staffs deleted my order and asked for me receipt to re-make it, still waiting…

Not a whole lot to say, it’s McDonald’s. If you like McDonald’s this is a good place to go, if you don’t like McDonald’s probably stay away from this place.

This location used to be terrible, over the last year or so it seems they have made a lot of improvement.

The managers can’t speak a lick of English, they’re not trained well, and they’re extremely rude and unprofessional. After the ridiculous situation earlier today that could’ve clearly been avoided? Corporate has been contacted. The store manager should be replaced. Plain and simple. You’re just miserable and clearly can’t take accountability for your store and your actions. What goes around comes around. This store is going down hill FAST. Staff needs a clean sweep and professional replacements. Corporate is contacting me back next week and if they don’t I WILL BE contacting them every day if need be. This place is criminal and absolutely pathetic!

The gentleman taking my order at the drive-through and the Young lady who handed me my food were both very polite, friendly and so kind. I didn’t catch their names unfortunately but they were working tonight 9/6/2025 at 7 pm.
