They got my order wrong two times in a row today and they gave me an attitude and told me I was wrong when I knew I was correct and I wasn’t stupid having an allergy to tartar sauce and an allergy to dairy. I asked for a plain fish sandwich And they gave me one with cheese and then they gave me another one with tartar sauce when I said it was incorrect and then when I said, I have an allergy to this stuff you don’t care about people you just want the money they said plane means no sauce And I said no plain means nothing on it argued with me until I got pissed off and yelled and said I want my order and I want it correct paid for it now make it and they made me a third sandwich very rude. They don’t care and their management sucks.

I had 3 things, fries, cookies, and mango smoothie. The fries tasted old, the smoothie tasted like whatever ingredients they use were outdated and the cookies, 2 out of the 3 were good and soft. The last cookie was super hard.

Had to leave. Although the staff member was pleasant and apologetic, he was not knowledgeable about the coffee drinks we wanted. This location seemed very short staffed and the employees looked stressed.
All the people there were waiting patiently, but everything was extremely slow.
If you think those screen kiosks will efficiently take over for human interaction, you are completely incorrect. This last comment is directed towards the owners.

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with extra pickle and onion with a large fry, I got home and my fry was missing, I called and they replaced my fry once I drove all the way back, I just got home again and opened my burgers and there is no extra anything on my burger.. i usually have a decent experience here but this time really aggravated me, unless 2 pickles is their definition of “extra” I’d like to know what their definition of normal is. ‍♀️ and instead of my onions being IN the burger the very few of them are all on the bun

I’ll start off by saying I usually have a great experience at this McDonald’s but today was pretty bad. They completely skipped all the toppings on my chicken sandwich – I came home with two crispy buns and a piece of chicken – that’s it. They also forgot the cheese on both of my kid’s cheeseburgers. I can’t even fill out their survey on the receipt to complain about it properly because their receipts aren’t legible.

I visited your restaurant on my lunch break. As someone who has worked in the customer service area for a very long time, I’m sad to say that your employees set the bar for dissatisfaction across the board.
Second time coming there and I know my business might not be that big of a deal to you as an owner or corporation, but I will not be back.
Both occasions the fries were cold and I was given an attitude when I brought them back both times.
First time young man with a gray shirt and long hair he had an attitude when I asked for fresh fries, but tonight took the cake for me. I ordered a ten piece nugget meal and I requested more sauce and offered to pay extra as I did before yet was never given the sauce that I paid for. I pay the cashier and proceed to the window to pick up my food.
I asked for more sauce and the guy at the window acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying and called the young lady over who had red hair and an ace bandage wrapped on her arm.
She said yeah I can give you more sauce with a nasty attitude. So I grab my food and I pull off. I reach in the bag for my fries which were cold and the container wasn’t properly filled. I brought them in and the same lady with the red hair presented me with an attitude. I asked for fresh fries as they should have been. She gave me an attitude and said “Well if you want fresh fries you will have to wait 3 minutes for them to cook.” What do you mean if I want fresh fries? I wouldn’t have come inside if I wanted cold old fries would have kept what you gave me. Then the same man that waited on me the previous time asked the young lady what my problem was and she said” She wants fresh fries. ” It was the sarcastic nastiness in her tone that really got under my skin. Then when I finally get my fries I realized the guy who gave me my order never gave me my Sprite so I had to go back in and I was told I had to wait because the machine had to make my Sprite, yet I ordered a meal. I wasn’t even offered and apology. They are here to provide a service to your customers and if you can’t do that then perhaps they need to work in an industry where there are no interactions with customers. Both of them look like team leads and I’m wondering who you’re leading with an attitude like that? I understand that employees are under paid, under staffed and under appreciated . I’m not the type to say that every customer is right because they are not yet we still treat them as if they are right because it’s about the experience. You definitely do not be disrespectful to the people who provide service to keep your business up and running.
There needs to be retraining on customer service.
If I were a mystery shopper you would have Failed.

It was great the guy at checkout was very nice as was the lady at the pickup window. I did have a bit of an issue with the mobile ordering but nothing to taxing.
