Seriously? Bugs? Come on. I have eaten here so many times and yes usually the food is what you would expect, dry, sometimes cold, but never have I ever had bugs in my food. Today I ordered my lunch and when I got back to my shop to eat it, I just happened to take look at my chicken snack wrap and what do I see? Half a bug carcass…. Where the other half is? Ewwwww! I got old cold patties, no toys in the kids meals and the girl that ran out our food was rude! My patties were colder than room temp. Y’all are going to hospitalize or kill a little kid serving day old patties you found behind the grill. Hopefully the health department does something. Let’s start that the entire floor was sticky. We went inside because our family doesn’t know English and we ordered at the screen and paid at the counter. We were standing there for 5-10 min with 3 people standing there looking at us. They didn’t have any tea or lids so I asked for one and they were being nice by we waiting about 20 more min for our food. I wasnt sure on the sizes of the drinks and I asked if it was a medium and the lady said yes and rolled her eyes for walking away. Also they don’t fill any of their drinks all the way so if you getting your money’s worth for drinks go inside but be ready to stand there for 30min for your food. Our food is very soggy, our bread for out sandwiches to be specific

The food took more than 15 minutes. While I waited 2 separate people came in complaining about their order. The chicken nuggets looked old and reheated or burnt. Fries were ice cold. Only thing that was good was the drink.

If it was possible to give this place less than one star I’d do it. I do DoorDash and it’s just embarrassing having to wait 20 minutes for an order with only 5 items on it. This is so ridiculous. This McDonald’s needs to get their act together. Seriously.
