Avoid coming here if you can. Whoever was the manager working on this shift was highly rude and disrespectful they ignored me on the intercom and then afterwards they dropped all of my food and then asked me if I just want them to make some more which didn’t make any sense because I wouldn’t eat it off the floor then, because my fries were what I had left, that did not dropped they told me to go back and bring it back even after all that has happened instead of just letting me keep just for them to throw it out

I’m surprised this place even has 3 stars. 9/10 my orders here are wrong. PLEASE check your bags before leaving the second window. My last straw was ordering a chicken wrap that was not fully cooked. Save your time, sanity, & save your life by driving a few more minutes up the street. It takes a really good or really bad experience to write a review. I should’ve done this months ago.

I ordered a #3 medium coke & large coffee. The rude girl told me that I ordered 3 medium cokes and a coffee. Ugh I explained that I didn’t order that she insisted that I did. She through my change at me and I went to work hungry. Great Morning # learn English

I’d give a negative star if I could but this is another terrible mcdonalds and experience you will have anytime you go here. They will make you drive up and tell you they will bring the food out and you will wait 25 plus more minutes while watching every other grease monkey get their food. Its always bad management and employees who dont care.

I rate this McD’s between 3.8 and 4
**** Staff is overall kind and efficient. They deserve 4 with good customer service skills. I’ve had very few discrepancies with my food or service. When I HAVE had a problem, it was addressed quickly and satisfactory.
***** My food has always been up to par. FYI: ice cream products are NOT available LATE NIGHT
***ATMOSPHERE rate 3.5
Although this is the closest restaurant, it is not my favorite due to LOCATION! Plenty of parking ️ is available. Handicap parking and ramps are also available. However, exiting the drive thru can become cramped and backed up; and it’s near impossible to make a LEFTHAND turn onto Joppa Rd. since traffic in the area is usually heavy.
This is definitely a good morning McDs restaurant to visit for a quick bite.

This McDonald’s is poorly run. I’d say 4 out of 5 times when you go through the drive through you’ll end up having to park and wait for your food. It doesn’t make sense because they make everyone do this maybe to keep their drive through times down but in turn have a parking lot full of cars and the employees are walking up to doors with food trying to find the correct car for each order. Today went better, I didn’t have to pull over but my large fry was only about half full. They need a complete overhaul or retraining or something. I only return (with fingers crossed for a better experience) because of the convenient location.

Did a curbside order and after 20 minutes walked in and got it my self. Seemed like they had no intentions of going outside to do curbside or even the cars they had parked for the drive thru. Also while inside the place was freezing like the air was on and people were complaining about it. 12/30/25

Walked into the store to place an order , I asked for a cooked to order 20 piece nuggets and let the lady know I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food, she relayed the order to the cook and I recieved about 7 fresh nuggets covering old , hard and burnt nuggets on the bottom. I’ll never walk out again without checking first. I hate to be that petty person but it’s my money that I could’ve spent somewhere else for better quality food. Very dissatisfied.
