Given how busy it was, the cashier was quite fast. Unfortunately, they missed a simple item that was supposed to be part of my ‘meal deal.’ I didn’t notice until I reached my gate, so it’s not worth the trip back. Also, I saw someone’s order in line get skipped.

I ordered via app for decaf coffee successfully. However they directly changed to regular coffee without even an apology. They simply told they didn’t have decaf. It’s arrogant service.

From standing in line i heard the Workers talk down to customers, don’t explain anything and only have short or rude responses. Main issues being customers weren’t sure what to get, since they have meals with variations 1a, 1b, 1c it’s likely others could not read them since they are in small letters.
Instead of explaining the options to the customers. One of the 3 workers I saw kept saying the same thing. Then, eventually just walked over to the screen. And then pointed, instead of explaining, which each option was he just said 1A, 1B, 1C.
All of them would negatively correct people or say they selected the wrong thing.
Besides that i ordered my food and the rolls somehow came out mostly hard and the soda didn’t have much syrup or flavor.

Ignore the hate! It’s been years since I’ve had a McNugget meal & fries crisp and cooked to PERFECTION. Professional, and fast FOH team as well. Granted, this was during a slow time of day, but they exceeded my wildest expectations!

I appreciated that they allowed mobile orders! I successfully skipped a big line using the app so that felt cool. The food was average Mickey D’s but I haven’t been able to use the mobile app at a lot of them

After seeing the long line I tried ordering via mobile which happily saved me at least 15 minutes.
I ordered 2 double cheeseburger and a double quarter pounder with cheese. Upon boarding my plane and sitting down with the anticipation of satisfying my hunger I noticed my burgers had no cheese on it. The other two burgers for my boys also no cheese. Also missing the pickles and barely any ketchup or sauce on top.
Instead of the satisfaction of a the reliable consistent McD’s burger I have come to expect, we were met with a dried out non satisfying disappointment.
