Location: A/B food court. Mcchicken? More like QuickChicken! Service was lightning fast. Got to the airport with maybe 25 minutes to spare, super busy day and I didn’t eat breakfast or lunch, it’s after 3pm and i needed something to hold me over through a 2+ hour flight. McDonald’s for the win, Ole reliable, cheap and easy.

I asked for a McGriddle with the pork patty out of it and she took everything out
The cashier lady with sideburns and rectangle glasses needs to be fired(she wasn’t wearing a nameplate so I can’t name her). Nobody should be that sour in the morning. All of us in line literally watched her snatch food away from a customer because he thought she called his number. I almost laughed a little because of how aggressive she yanked the food away like they were low on Rations. just tell him it’s not his LOL
I promise being polite goes a long way. Yall can hire anyone and they could get better reviews than the staff now.

Food was good but i couldn’t help but notice the nonchalance of the staff. Its mc Donald’s anyway , so what can we expect. Got some nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich. Both were good as i mentioned earlier, took about 7 minute to be given my order.

Food was fresh, and most importantly the french fries were hot. The staff was very friendly I sat down and had a quick lunch and was able to get a little bit of paperwork done at the same time and on my way to the next job site

I worked overnight last night I came at 2:06 am to get food but I was told by the night time supervisor that I have to come back at 4am. I am back its 4:16 and I was the first on the line there is a very long line and its only two workers and the same manager who refused to open the store . She has long black and red braids , and glasses . She is extremely rude , allowed the other workers to make fun of the ppl in the line saying we should have brought breakfast on the bus. Now I can hear everything they are saying . At this point this McDonalds has a big reputation to uphold and this is bringing it right down to the ground. Especially in an airport. There is no proper management, the workers have no etiquette. Now they gone to the back and let the line wrap around the hall. This location is screaming for help its extremely unnacceptable especially in a professional environment such as this one . It’s not 4:28 the restaurant is still not open no one is in the front even prepping the food . Ridiculous and cruddy. They actually opened at 4:35 I came back to add pics of the manager who opened

Ordered a sausage mcgriddle. When I got in the plane to eat it, saw it was a chicken mcgriddle. Had no choice but to eat it bc I left to catch my flight. When I hit inside there was a raw part in the chicken.

The service I experienced at this place was HORRIBLE! Rude staff and “management”.
I couldn’t believe it. The manager was walking around rolling her eyes, complaining about customers asking for jelly. The employees were literally arguing with customers as if they wanted to fight. The service was extremely poor and slow. The food was stale.
I’ve never in my life experienced anything like it before. To put the icing on the cake, people were asking about the order of the numbers being called since they were going from 1693 to 202, and they had the nerve to start yelling “if you don’t want to wait, get a refund”.
Go somewhere else. Anywhere else in the airport would be a better option than this.
I’m not sure who’s running this establishment overall- but do better!!!
