Worst experience ever. Asked for a meal was no longer available unless I downloaded an app. Then I trues app gave code and the person at the window was unable to fulfill order. I was with my elderly mother in law that order a sandwich and was told I had to pull into a space to get this as well. GM manager Jessica came to window once I said I didn’t want to move and stated that I could receive a refund or move and wait. I am highly offended and felt disrespected. I am a customer an should have been treated as such. Why is it so important to have me move when you have not given..me what I paid for just to serve other customers. I will not be back.

Was in the drive thru line for over 30mins with a autistic child ( if I could’ve got out of line i would have) when i get to window to pick up my food. I asked could i receive a apple pie or something for the long wait! The person at window stated the manager said its a 12 min wait on pies. Then i said can i get a cookie ice cream anything. They said she said no. Then i asked for the manager she comes to window n i explained every thing and she says did u pay for a pie. I said no. And explained that the service was horrible. She then walks away and come back with a pie (that was supposed to be a 12 min wait for ). Also they forgot my daughter 6pc nugget !

I have ordered through mobile. When i go the the store for pickup first time they told me wait for couple of minutes. After 20-30 when i again ask about my oder they behave with me so bad. They told me i dont know just cancel order. It was so frustrating. This is first time happen with MCDonalds. I lost my time and money. When i contact costumer they ask me lots of questions but I didnt get any support.

I find that when you order thru Doordash it’s difficult to get a large order processed correctly and delivered. If you are there in person you can check your bags and have them give you the right items that are missing but a Doordash driver can’t touch your food so I’d advise you to go grab your own food if you are ordering for your family lunch or dinner.

I very rarely go here or any other McDonald’s for that matter. I like to eat actual food. Never the less, when I was starving one day, I went here to grab a fish filet. To my surprise, the cooks, nor the managers were wearing hair nets. Hair was flying everywhere, I’m sure; including people’s meals. I won’t be visiting them again.

I always take a chance at this McDonald’s location (Walmart Nottingham) hoping it will get better! No such luck! Lesson learned! Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe but got a regular quarter pounder. Drink was overflowing cup so when I put in the straw, it splattered all over my hand. Fries were old and cold. Asked for ketchup, cashier just threw some in my bag. Never got a receipt; cashier just crumpled up the receipts and threw them away so I couldn’t do the survey. Poor customer service at this one. Maybe Subway should take over at this location!

The line was short at a little before 7 pm, the service was fast and the food was hot. Plus you can get the new slushie with the kid’s Happy Meals which was a win for my littles. Great visit!

Airport food is always more expensive but I was just happy they were open. The food was made in a timely manner and hot when I received it. It’s kinda weird to praise McDonald’s but they were right on time
