This Lady was tested today. She keep her composure, protected herself, staff ,and other customers from 3 very disrespectful people. All while making sure the flow of business was carried out with quality and quickness. Restaurants was clean and staff was friendly even though being verbally assaulted and threatened with physical assault. Community Heroes work here.

Staff were nice, food was fresh and hot, might’ve been the best McDouble I’ve ever had, which is not what I expected for McDonald’s at 10 pm. In the city, we just get the old stuff that didn’t get picked up or sold, but this? Cheese was nice and melted, fries perfectly salty. The place was so clean, and decorations were so adorable to me too! Great first Maryland experience, thank you !

When I pulled up to place my order, the employee asked me to “hold on for a second.” I waited patiently literally about three minutes before I started speaking. I explained my order slowly and clearly, including the fact that I needed two separate orders. Still, both orders were rung up together. When I got to the window, I was told nothing could be changed because everything had already been entered as one. I let it go, assuming the employee was under pressure since the place seemed busy.
But then things got worse. I was charged for extra ingredients that showed up on the receipt but were never added to my food. I was also charged for two large fries I never ordered, which added over $10 to my total.
I’m not the type to make a scene, especially with a long line of cars behind me, but these mistakes made the experience extremely disappointing. For a brand as well known as McDonald’s, I expect enough staff or at least properly trained staff to avoid issues like this.

The best McDonalds I been at ✨️✨️. The food was very fresh and I think it was freshly made. It was very tasty! And the service was very nice. The server and the person behind counter was very polite and nice. I never had a great experience at McDonalds like this. I want to visit this same location again one day. I got the breakfast bagel with egg and bacon. Fresh egg and the bagel wasn’t that hard and pretty chewy. Loved it! Recommend 100%. I dont review restaurants much. But I felt like this one deserves one!

DON’T Go – If you do BEWARE
This McDonald’s service and quality of food cooked prepared has completely gone down over the last year.
Finally decided after served serval bad orders to post. The patties meat for Big Mac has been dried out over cooked like dehydrated not fresh at all the build of the Big Mac has not been good low quality 2 all beef patties special sauce lettuce pickles on a fresh sesame seed bun IS NOT what they throw together. Don’t expect extra sauce and if you order extra on pretty much anything it’s never been added. Twice the choicken 20 pcs chicken nuggets have not been completely cooked. As for the drive Thru CHECK YOUR BAGs before leaving the window. Items are either missing or not even prepared correctly. Taste your drink Soda drinks are overly or under carbonated depending on day you go in or they don’t give you right flavor or drink tasted mixed with other flavor.
Very Bad Quality has become the normal lately for this location.

Always too many people inside. Too many non English speaking workers. Always having an issue with mobile orders vs. what’s in the store. It’s not my fault that I ordered something on the app and now the store doesn’t have it and the store can not give me a refund. Work on your app and store being in sync. Too many kids or people just sitting not getting anything. And again why is every worker not speaking English , I’m a foreigner, I had to learn English as my second language and I’m great at it.

Driving nearly a half hour to het there, as I was on my way home, however even after arriving, Inhad to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive through. The boy also tried to argue when I had to go back around for the missing sauces he had put some in, but not the extras I had paid for. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice before getting home that there was still another sauce flavor missing, and the burger had onions, even though it was specifically ordered without. Food was cold, in spite of the wait.Tried calling to see if I could go back and get it fixed, but no one answered.

Worst McDonald’s of all McDonald’s! Asked for a hot tea, and they give me a cup of hot water. Something so simple they can’t get it right. Stop coming to this McDonald’s a long time ago because they can’t seem to get any of the orders correct. Not sure why I thought going today would be a good idea

Placed a mobile order at this location because it’s 24 hours. Pulled up to a line of cars not moving; one by one giving up and driving off. Finally got up to the speaker box only to be met with silence for several minutes. Decided just to pull around and found no body in site. Knocked on the window and when a worker finally approached, the only thing she said was “we’re closed” and walked away.
(24 hr location, multiple people inside, but no one’s working and it’s closed…?)
Tired to explain I was already charged for my mobile order and I just needed to cancel and refund at this point. Would not help when asked how I cancel the order and get a refund.
