The open 24 hours on google is misleading. Me and my friends were just trying to get some food and thought that we could easily get some because of the ad on google. We already ordered the food for pickup and then made it to the door to learn that the place was indeed not open 24 hours. So then we had to walk all the way to someone’s car just so we could get the order that we paid for through drive thru. And it still wasn’t ready for us.

I placed an order at the Fort Avenue McDonald’s at 6:33 PM consisting of a McChicken and a pumpkin pie. I did not receive my order until 7:04 PM, which is an excessive 30-minute wait for such a simple order. When my food was finally ready, I was given an apple pie instead of the pumpkin pie I had ordered and paid for, with no acknowledgment or explanation of the substitution.
This level of service is unacceptable. While I understand that delays can occur during busy periods, a 30-minute wait time and an uncommunicated product substitution fall well below the standard of efficiency and customer service expected from McDonald’s.

Their ice cream machine was broken/out of stock in the middle of a July summer day. It’s either terrible planning/management or ineffective maintenance. Either way, it’s not a good look.
The seating was also really worn out and ratty looking.
The bathroom stalls are terrible – you can barely choose the door while you’re inside.

Every now and again, I get a hankering for a quarter pounder with cheese and a small Diet Coke. I know that probably wasn’t a good decision, but it was appropriate at the time, and I didn’t feel the least bit guilty. How’s that for rationalizing my way through? Great service as per always.

Waiting about 25 minutes in the drive through line for food that was tough in texture, which likely sat under a heat lamp for a while. I think the woman at the drive through window had had enough and gave us our order for free, which was missing a few items.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I did not receive all the items I ordered despite having to wait about 35 minutes in the lobby. The fries were undercooked & cold. There were about 20 or more teenagers using profanity loudly & shoving each other against the furniture/doors. The atmosphere was not family friendly & the service was terrible.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It was dirty, staff was disrespectful, it was slow, and the food wasn’t even worth it.
For the short amount of time I spent there this is what I saw: a little boy slipped due to there being a puddle of soda near the machines, NO WET FLOOR SIGN MIND YOU. A door dash driver LITERALLY being shoo’d away when he was just making sure everything was in the bag, it took 13!!! Yes 13 minutes for them to hand me a back of cold food.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
