What’s up drivers. I was taking a 34reset here at T/A exit 57 in Baltimore MD.A across the is a McDonald’s. I made the decision to stay there only had 8hours 44 on my 70 load wasn’t due until Thursday 12/11. So I decided to walk to planet but I wanted a Egg cheese biscuit and I got 1 order of hash browns. I didn’t realize the prices had gone up that much. I don’t eat out I usually cook in my truck.Big mistake. 2items $7.55 cents.This is simply ridiculous.Kids love’s McDonald’s but for me Lesson learn I’ll continue cooking in my truck.

Tried the ceo big arch burger…. Got only a dab (nickel size) of sauce, employees huddling in the back trying to avoid the counter at all cost, multiple people had issues getting the attention of staff to pick up Mobile orders and DoorDash, homeless hanging out inside/ around outside. Tables were dirty, floor was dirty, restroom was dirty. Not a clean establishment at all.

Visited this location to grab some quick lunch while visiting my friend at Baltimore. Right next to hotels and travel stop area, this McDonald’s is very small and only has few dining tables. The store is maintained clean as well as the restroom. The food is typical McDonald’s food and no complaints. The parking lot is designed not usable.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I order a mobile order. And when I ask to pick it up they told me the order didnt show up on the system, I show them on my app that I couldn’t place the same order again because it is in progress. I even show the manager my bank account just to confirm the amount has been charged on my card. All they had to do was open and close the cash register and they found my order. Then the manager has the audacity to tell me “this is the only time we will GIVE it to you” like I was asking for a free food. Even after I show them the exact amount I was charged on my bank account. No thank you I don’t need you to think you give anything for free. I could pay for my own food and more. This place is trash.

Best McDs milkshake around. I get a strawberry milkshake everywhere using the coupon for buy one get one $0.29 off the app. Needless to say, I frequently consume McDonald’s Large strawberry milkshakes. Many McDonald’s will make me feel sick after getting something from the McCafe or ice cream machine. You can tell which ones are unsanitary, because it will make my stomach upset and literally taste dirty. So, I rate this best McDs in Baltimore city.

This McDonald’s is a complete mess. The tables were dirty, the bathrooms were in terrible condition, and the floor was full of trash. Nobody seemed to care about cleaning or providing good service. The hygiene is awful and the experience was very unpleasant. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

They need to change the staff of this McDonald’s. NOBODY does a good job. Two days ago, I placed an order for 2 ice cream cones and a Happy Meal for my daughter, and I paid for the bag. When I went to pick up the order, the workers did not give me my order and even got upset. I was there for over 20 minutes, and I had placed the order about 25 minutes ago on the app. They were handing me my coffee and the Happy Meal without the bag. I kindly asked the staff to give me a bag since I had already paid for it, and she started verbally attacking me, saying things. I am tired of the bad service, and I swear I will never return to this establishment. I used to go there because it was close, but I will go instead to the one on Odonell St, where the staff is better.
