Staff service always above and beyond. Restaurants always clean and if not they about to clean it. Certain things that other restaurants you have to ask for and they make sure that you have it right when you need it or they will make sure that you have it as soon as possible. Out of 100 * only one time did anyone out of my 20-person party have to return an item because it was improperly made that is a very rare thing to find at a McDonald’s anywhere this is one of our favorite spots to have group at.

Waited 20 min for cold food. I would’ve asked them to remake it, but I didn’t have the time to wait an extra hour for more cold food. The cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted.

Hot water instead of coffee
I Ordered a coffee, the guy in the speaker didn’t asked how many creams and sugar so that made me think they were going to put it on the side. When I got pick up my coffee the lady say “here is your BLACK coffe”
I told her I didn’t order a black coffee just a coffee but he the guy didn’t ask about the cream and sugar. She answered “and that’s how you would be with your boyfriend?”
Verryyyy weird specially because I was on the car by myself (also a boyfriend would ask if you want sugar like every other McDonald’s does )
While complaining she went to get cream and sugar and gave it to me. I left, after driving 5 minutes I took a sip and realized she gave me WATER on the cup of “coffee”
I went back got my money and went to chick fil a as I should have done from the beggining

Their frappe machine is always not working or it needs to be cleaned. I call BS on that, I believe they just don’t want to be bothered with making them. When you go inside to order you have to use the kiosk to order because there’s no one standing at the register. God forbid if you’re paying with cash or else you’ll have to yell for someone to come to the register so that you can pay for your food. It’s unfortunate this is the closest McDonald’s to me & again, I love love love their caramel frappes but like I said, you can hardly ever get one because they tell you that the machine is down or is dirty. Avoid this McDonald’s if you can.

Unique fast food dining experience. First McDonald’s I have been to with table service! You can still go to counter for service but you can also use the self service kiosk where you can place your order right on the screen, even special orders and requests, then complete your purchase with a credit/debit card (or choose to pay at the counter). Once finished you take one of the table markers, enter the the number on the screen and take a seat (don’t forget to grab your drinks first) . Shortly after your order is brought right to your table! To feel even more like a dining experience your even have floweres at the table and a pleasant ambiance within the surroundings. One star off because I didn’t see any kind of condiment station, but I might have just missed it. Great experience, hope to see more of the McDonald’s doing this as I spend a lot of time in the car for work and this provides a inexpensive dining experience instead of eating in the car!

This restaurant was everything at McDonald’s should be. It was spotlessly clean, well maintained, it had a very friendly staff, everything was right. Was bright and attractive seem very new inside. Overall I’m going to keep this one in mind cuz it’s close to my neighborhood and it was a pleasure to visit. I should also mention that they were fresh cut flowers on the tables. I’ve never been in a McDonald’s with fresh cut flowers before. I was also proud to see the American flag and the Maryland state flag flying out front along with a McDonald’s flag. These people take pride in their restaurant.
