Service here (late night early morning shift) is completely trash. They never have anything ready. I stopped for coffee for a week around 530am they kept saying we don’t have any coffee. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin just to get cheese on a mcmuffin. It seems to be one manager’s shift that this happens on because when I hear or see him I say “here we go again”. Food and services in the late morning until lunch are great! only reason I give 3 instead of 2 stars.

Best McDonald’s breakfast in Baltimore. Always hot, quick and thorough drive through, staff is always friendly and on top of their game. I have multiple McDonald’s by my house but would drive 15 extra minutes up 83 just to get their food

Horrible service. Management should get some customer service skills. They close the inside of the restaurant if drive-thru gets too busy. She locks the bathrooms to paying customers. Super Horrible woman.

My deluxe crispy chicken sandwich add cheese add mustard, clearly has GREEN MOLD on the bun.. not to mention it’s missing my tomato.they was very cheap on the lettuce. And the chicken is visibly burnt the chicken Patty.. so many Errors and if I didn’t take my clothes off I defiantly go back to get my money back

I received a undercooked 20 count no sauce as always, 2 Mac’s or better yet 2 lettuces Mac’s and the 2 med fries were dumped on top of the rest of the food. Don’t waste your time or money.

Management wasn’t trying to properly train the cashier, she was trying to have a conversation with one of the workers about nothing. The cashier didn’t know what she was doing and needed help as well as change. She was paying people’s change back in pennies. It wasn’t until the cashier almost started to cry that the manager came to help her.

I would put zero stars I do door dash and when I go in for my orders it’s literally like I’m invisible they are so racist I get ignored until I have to keep asking for my order then I get attitude when they finally acknowledge me I guess cuz I’m white I don’t deserve good customer service and I’m not even trying to eat there just trying to make a living
