I have been coming to this McDonald’s location for years, and it used to be a great place with reliable service. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly since we lost Brother Jamal and new management took over. The service has become extremely slow, and the staff is often unnecessarily rude.
As someone who is visually impaired, I was especially disappointed and hurt when the older manager made fun of my limited visual acuity. No customer should ever be treated that way. This experience was unacceptable, and I refuse to return to this location.
I hope the company addresses these issues so that no one else has to experience this kind of disrespect.

Drive through after inside is locked is super busy btw 10-130 mostly because of door dashers n other delivery drivers. I will say every time I go for breakfast if it’s early like 5am-730am the food is very fresh biscuits are very good. But some stuff especially evening n night shift I’ve had very unprofessional rude to costumers or fighting amongst their selves. Or struggle to get some one to acknowledge you.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I specifically asked for my food to be cooked fresh, but the employee just closed the bag and insisted it was. When I checked, the wrap was *ice cold*, the fries were terrible, and the nuggets were just as bad. It was a complete waste of my money and my time. If this is what they consider “fresh,” I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Love yhe employees here they are all so nice and kind . I must say I have been going here for year as I live not far from here and it’s always good service even when busy . Can’t say the same for alot of other Mc Donalds and I travel all the time all over from state to state .so says alot.

Whenever you order your order is either cold or they didn’t follow instructions. Like double cheeseburger no cheese or soda extra ice. There’s always an issue for the food is cold or the managers are not checking the orders everybody’s just letting stuff go out the door unchecked by the time it gets to your it’s incomplete and it’s cold fries are always cold whoever owns this McDonald’s needs to double check employees

The Deluxe crispy chicken sandwich is smaller and doesn’t even fill the box anymore (doesn’t mean start making smaller boxes either). But even more disappointing, I ordered 2 large meals, but had a small order worth of fries in a large box! The box wasn’t even fully expanded, wasn’t nearly filled, and I could see more fry pictures on the box than actual fries! Why did you take extra money from me then?

My deluxe crispy chicken sandwich add cheese add mustard, clearly has GREEN MOLD on the bun.. not to mention it’s missing my tomato.they was very cheap on the lettuce. And the chicken is visibly burnt the chicken Patty.. so many Errors and if I didn’t take my clothes off I defiantly go back to get my money back
