Ordered on app for walk in. Food wasn’t ready so I waited which I don’t mind for a few mins. Staff didn’t acknowledge anyone. Waited until my food was ready about 10 mins. Food came out and I left. Fries ice cold and yuck!! Fish sandwich was hot but a mess, sloppily put together and leaking tarter. I rarely eat McDonald’s now I remember why.

Went here a few minutes ago. Drive-thru. Man at window was unprofessional! He gives me 2 apple pies that said “enjoy by” 8:55pm but it was after 9pm. I asked for fresh ones and he acted like I asked him to perform brain surgery. He takes the pies from me go away return an give me these. As you can see the filling is dried out which means he changed the sticker on outside of box.
The most annoying thing is to ask for something I paid for an not get it. Fresh pies don’t effect his paycheck so what’s the issue!

While standing there waiting to pick up an online order, with a lobby full of about 8 other people, I watched as no less than three employees ate french fries off of customer’s trays while carrying said customer’s tray. I couldn’t get the attention of anybody that was standing right there to pick up an order that I could see 3 feet in front of me, including what I could assume was two managers, I guess they were too busy eating the customer’s food.

For $25 I was able to feed my family. There are lots of deals when you use the mobile app and they are continually rotating. This location had good service and overall its a good location. I personally like this location slightly better than the other one across the street. It is easier to access for sure. This is no fine dining experience but it will feed the family for a reasonable price.

I have come to this McDonald’s location several times a year for probably the past 10 years or more. This has got to be one of the best locations in the entire company for customer service, speed of service and accuracy of order. When I go to the drive-through the people actually smile and say thank you and asked me how my day is and it’s almost shocking how friendly they are.

Don’t go here. They are more worried about putting up signs about how they are going to nickel and dime you than providing good service. No free refill signsn everywhere. You have to pay extra if you want more than one sauce signs, everywhere. Then they take FOREVER. After all that they still give you the wrong food. Let this location die. It’s what they deserve.
