This McDonald’s has great food and great service. My problem with this McDonald’s is that there is not one trash can on the outside of this building. When I take my trash in to throw it away I’ve made comments that there are no trash cans on the outside. I have a lot of clients that live in the area of this McDonald’s. I don’t have time to take my trash in the building all the time. I’m making this review in hopes that there may be a trash can one day on the outside of this building. I don’t hold hope because I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for over 20 years. and ever since it was redone no outside trash cans. I can’t bring myself to just throw my trash outside on the parking lot. So if you see trash laying in the parking lot it’s not from me, but I understand why.

Got a Moldy Bun on a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. Did not notice until after I took a bite. Disgusting, check the bottom of your buns if you eat at this restaurant. No quality control whatsoever, they just serve whatever is lying around.

Came here today and purchased a 20 count nugget and ordered three water cups to go with from the kiosk. The worker in the kitchen was extremely rude and the other worker was not only rude but disrespectful and extremely unprofessional as well. This is the fourth visit in a row that has been incredibly unpleasant. The last three were marred by the burgers being half cooked and the second worker that I had mentioned working while carrying around a portable speaker blasting inappropriate music so loud that I couldn’t even hear myself think. I will never return to this McDonalds and would definitely advise others to not go as well.

1st time at McDonald’s in over a decade. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese deluxe meal. The fries were limp. They forgot my bacon and just shrugged when I mentioned it. I met a group of mailman there for lunch. Next time we are going to Wendy’s. Never again will I go to McDonald’s

AVOID THIS PLACE. If you have to go, Never pull up to the second window for your food if they ask you. They forget about you and you end up waiting like 20 minutes. I regret every single time I come to this McDonald’s. Also they have 2 order lanes and consistently get the orders mixed up. Just save your time and don’t go here. Go to the next fast food place.

Use to be a great place to get drive thru, now everytime I come here they make every car park in curbside parking and wait for normal menu items. This is the 4th visit in a row this has happened. Plus everytime I’m here someone is running back in from drive thru complaining about there food. The KFC next to it has always been horrible, sorry to see this place following in its foot steps.

My wife and I went to the Perry Hall McDonald’s for breakfast. I ordered the big breakfast and she ordered hotcakes and sausage. The entire plate of food for both of us was cold and the big breakfast biscuit was hard. The last two times that we ate there, our order was incorrect. For some time I feel the quality of their food is slipping. Unfortunately, I do not plan to patronize this McDonald’s any longer, because they do not seem to care about the quality of their service and the food that they serve.

Hours posted online state this location opens at 5am. The parking lot lights are on and lights on inside restaurant, but no one ever takes order from drive thru between 5:00 and 5:10 am on five separate occasions (weekdays) over the past two months. If you aren’t going to take orders, at least turn the lights off so customers don’t waste their time!
