The drive thru lines on weekend nights are extremely slow , walk ins close at 11pm and after that the drive thru itself is extremely slow , upon inspecting the staff inside was busy chatting and talking and laughing and having a merry time , the manager himself is busy joking around , there is no sense of serious and professional work ethics at this location , clearly spoiling the brand’s name .

Ordered a small fry and a quarter pound hamburger and was used to pull over to spot 2..three more cars were asked to pull over and wait for their food.after me …after 15 minutes all 3 other cars were served their food and had left….so I took my receipt inside and asked the cashier how long i was expected to wait for the food I had paid for….I asked why nobody had brought my order to spot 2…the cashier took my receipt and showed the girl that was taking the food to the cars and I stand there another 5 minutes. Nobody’says anything to me then the inside cashier hands me a bag with a burger in it.so I stand there a while waiting because I also paid for a fry that’s still not in the bag…after the girl takes my receipt in the back again..she comes back with a fry..So now I go back outside and get in my car and see that a whole half hour has passed just to get one burger and one fry Nobody even apologized for the delay or anything…This used to be one of the best McDonald’s….but it has really gone down alot.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, tomatoes, and mayo only. They ignored that and gave us a regularly prepared sandwich. Also, ordered a latte, which they added sugar to although it wasn’t requested. They need to pay more attention to what they’re doing.

This Mc Donald’s is run by rude, lazy, disrespectful workers who have absolutely no idea what customer service is! They argue with you at the drive-thru order screen, put you on “hold” to wait for unreasonable amounts of time, while the other lane is being serviced in a timely manner, question which drink you should be having with a kids meal, ( as in literally mock you for choosing a small soda instead of milk- which many kids are allergic to), talk smack to you if you dare to ask why there is a massive delay in your lane while a dozen cars get serviced in the other lane and leave you in the dust, and THEN make GLUG GLUG gestures to you when you finally decide to leave, laughing and pointing at you while gesturing that you’re a drunk! This is INSANE!! What in the WORLD is wrong with this place?!! Been going here for decades and it is now privately owned with no corporate accountability! Will never go again! The owner should literally be ashamed of his or her staff and fire these deplorable, rude as all get out, so-called workers. STAY AWAY!!! And just as another point from previous experiences: the food is awful, ( some have gotten food poisoning here), they don’t pay attention to what you order or to the sauces you have asked for, they give you a big fat attitude while handing you your food and God forbid if you ask for the very condiments you already asked for but didn’t receive…somehow YOU are the entitled jerk instead of them being deficient, attitudinal nasties! Oh and forget calling to complain. They won’t answer their phone and they won’t return your message!!!

Among the nearby McDonald’s, this one is better. The service varies depending on the staff; sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s just okay. It’s hard to say it’s particularly good, but it maintains an average McDonald’s level of cleanliness, and it’s well-located.

My friend ordered food on DoorDash it was a medium double bacon qpc with no onion no pickles and they gave me that but with NO bacon also, it also came with no straw for my drink which was a caramel iced coffee and it was not even mixed at all and food bad was wide open and fries were all over the delivery bag. We Will never DoorDash from here again

Used the app to order 2 double cheeseburgers and a large diet coke. Picked it up, drove home only to realize one of the cheeseburgers only had one bun?? They also gave me a regular diet coke which is fine, it’s easy to mix that up. How can you not notice there’s only one bun?? I don’t understand??

I was rushed through the line even though it was only one other car, the sandwich was made sloppily, the fries were soft like noodles, the happy meal was not given option of extra fries or apple slices, and the young lady had an attitude cause I stayed at the window cause they didn’t give me the condiments for the nuggets.

Dang McDonald’s!! I hadn’t been in a while and it’s sooooo gone downhill! 8 minutes between the me I paid ( in drive thru) to receiving food…..which was cold by then …
