I came in for breakfast, and I went to the back to wash my hands only to find out that both doors were locked to the male and female bathroom which is inhumane and extremely poor customer service. I had to ask him to unlock the bathroom to wash my hand before I ate. Then I’ve noticed that this place is not an equal opportunity employer there were only Hispanic or Latino staff, which is not the American way thank you.

It’s a convenient location, especially if you’re also needing to go on the light rail.. but some of the patrons are… questionable. If I were to suggest anyone go there, I’d strictly suggest sticking to the drive thru, if possible. Which sucks, because the inside of the restaurant is actually pretty unique, and generally clean.

Every time I’m in this area shopping, I always stop by this McDonalds to grab lunch. The employees do their best to keep the restaurant clean, provide speedy service and are accommodating to their customers. However, this is a hot spot for the “unsavory” types. Panhandlers hang around in here, disturbing people while they’re eating trying to sell things. Addicts come in here and treat this as a lounge area when they’re not buying anything. This place really needs security so it feels safer to dine here. I wouldn’t come here by myself, that’s for sure.

I pay for a medium size this what I got I ask the lady on the drive true so she call the lady who made the frappe. She came to the window mad as hell give mast actitud I ask to ape with the manager he came to the window his name is Carlos he don’t do nothing about the frappe taste like water with a coffe flavor this restaurant need to be supervised it’s not the first time this is happening to me at this location but the actitud lady have is unbelievable it’s happened today march 31 2024 at 3:15 I love McDonald but never come back to this location

I have been here quite a few times over the past several years and easily one of the best locations I have visited in MD. Well run operation. Staff is super pleasant, professional and friendly and you never wait too long at all. You are doing things right here. Super appreciated.
