I just get drive through so I can’t say much about inside the store. But I’ve gone here about 6 to 8 times across the last 6 months normally for a breakfast sandwich. The person taking the order speaks clearly and it is FAST (not always the case at McDonalds). Food is exactly what I expect and prepared well. This is a great McDonald’s location!

Terrible service. Food is good when made correctly. Service and order accuracy are way off. If I order nuggets there is a 100% chance that the sauce will be forgotten. Like every single time. Drinks come with no straws. There are a few nice team members but the youths they have hired on are rude, look out of uniform, and damage this locations imagine in my opinion.

I don’t know why I keep going back here. In today’s Adventures of not getting it right, I confirmed with three different people that I wanted a regular Coke with no ice and I received a Diet Coke with no ice. Which I get to find out the hard way of drinking the Coke and having an adverse reaction. With no receipt to even give feedback.

One of the only locations where I get a cheeseburger that’s still hot/warm! Order’s only had a missing item 2xs in a period of 13 months & longer! Manager Becky is really nice as well!!

I accumulate points and redeem them in exchange for any of my favorite meals: grilled chicken sandwich or ice cream I usually stop for something fast to eat while I am on the road. Thanks for the friendly staff & clean place to enlighten my day.

Went through the drive through spent 10 dollars on a medium meal and the fry’s portion is crazy might have well given me a kids fry… I would like what I pay for not saying filled up over the top but filled like it should be this is obviously someone rushing and not caring

whoever owns this store needs to take a look into its employment and maybe spend an entire day there with them to watch things . i live exactly 2 minutes away from this mcdonalds and have lived in the neighborhood for almost 6 years so i have seen different employees working here. let me tell you as off september 2025 the employees there right now are all YOUNG and RUDE and don’t care about their job. i have gotten my order wrong multiple times having to drive back and forth to correct my order. it seems as tho the only staff here that cares and is good is the morning breakfast shift . anytime after dont even bother coming. you will have to pull your car up , wait for 15 mins just for them to bring out cold food and or the wrong order, pluss their teenage attitudes with no customer service. id rather spend an extra 5$ and go to chipotle or something else..

Yesterday was a horrible experience at this store. I pull up to get my food and the young lady in the drive through is playing with her nose. As she was a teen, I lightly mentioned it to her so she was aware, she storms off and another girl comes to the window to help. They then ask me to pull up and park to wait for my food. If I wanted to park and wait, I wouldn’t use the drive through. Also, at this point I don’t trust your hands as the young lady was playing with her nose.. so I ask for a refund. The manager (white, older lady with strawberry blonde hair and long natural nails) comes to the window yelling ” well I still need you to pull over” I stay put as I waited in line like everyone else. She then comes into the parking lot yelling ” maam I told you to pull up”. I’m not sure who she thought she was yelling at but I had to tell her I really don’t care, you’re not going to yell at me in this drive through. Under surface racism will always show in these instances. Manager had no right to yell at me, if fries were not ready and I need to pull over how are you serving the cars behind me? Everyone gets fries! To top it off she would not give me a receipt for the refund or the original purchase, saying that she needed to keep it! She treated me horribly. I am still very upset about that interaction.
