Service is always good and everything my only issue is I’m a collectible toy enthusiast and game player so I find it odd when I buy ten happy meals for the toys and I get the same exact toy every time over the entire event that’s happening at the time or like with monopoly it’s rare I get a game piece on everything I order that should have the game pieces on them , I use the app to order so it shows you exactly what should come with the monopoly game pieces but at least one item always never has one on it and the collectible toys are always the same and I even went to a different McDonald’s near by and they also gave me all the same toys as the other McDonald’s and I tried this over weeks until the event ends so right now I got ten toys all the same one and when I ask the people tell me they are all the same one but the manager told me they had them all but at that time I just didn’t have my toys with me to exchange them out so I went back the next day and they told me they don’t have any others again lol so it seems your employees might be keeping them for them selves but idk I’m just guessing
In the photos I showed some I have but not all of them I even paid $2.99 to buy them individually and always got the same toy but the manager telling me he had them all tells me something is going on with this .

I ordered from the McDonald’s at 881 Maryland Route 3 and got a few Sweet Chili sauces that looked completely off… they were thick, separated, and with a brown ring around the edges. I called the store just to let them know in case it was a food safety issue, but the person (lady store manager) who answered was rude and hung up on me. I tried calling back incase it was an accident but got no answer. I reported it through the McDonald’s website and only got refunded $1 for the sauces, which doesn’t really address the bigger issue. I’m not upset about the money at all. I just want to make sure no one else ends up with spoiled sauces or treated that way. Especially when you have to pay 55 cents for one sauce

Fries were starchy and uncooked. I don’t understand how it happens. The fries go in the oil and the employee presses a button. When the fryer beeps, the fries are done. How are the fries prematurely pulled from the oil? The raccoons that break into my trash will enjoy the fries, but not me.

Ok so since they have added the option of ordering for your self it has improved my opinion. Less interaction with the staff at the location is you best bet. They are rude, unhappy, not helpful and could give a shit ..and they let you know it. Some customer centric at all. Regardless that it’s a McDonald’s..it is a brand and a restaurant and particularly at this one staff make you feel like you have inconvenience them for asking them to do their job. The food is fine. They don’t pay attention to special requests, and God forbid you ask. It’s better to preorder or self order is all I am saying. It’s relatively clean. No wipes were available at door which they should have esp since they have a stand. It is what is..but it could be decent if the staff and management cared

The employees are very rude . I was just there in the drive thru there was a black guy giving out the food and was very rude while we asked for bbq sauce he was like “oh I can’t give you any I already gave you one you have to pay extra for more” that’s soo dumb I’ve never seen this at any mc Donald’s employees being oh we can’t give you any cause it costs more .! And they also miss out soo much on the orders always have to check twice.!

Never overly busy at all. Usually always efficient and quick. Staff is always super friendly. I come here often and have never had an issue with any of the employees or the food. It’s what fast food should be.

I can’t rate the atmosphere because I go here every morning through the drive thru but it looks good and clean in there the couple of times I went in, from memory.
These workers are very friendly- Always, have always been accurate with the orders and the food is always good. I have no idea how they can keep track of so many orders so well but they do, and this cannot be easy work. I feel like they all deserve raises, that they are well paid because their Job is very demanding and they work as hard if not harder than anyone else in society. God bless them for being able to do it with a smile !
