Whoever was working the windows at 10:30 pm. Friday, January 2nd 2026. Gave me the best damn service I’ve ever seen from any McDonalds ever. I was there less than five minutes. Order was nice and clear with the worker, payment went fast. And the car in front of me was gone by the time I got my card back. Food was hot and ready everything just like we asked. Pristine service.

The guy took our order so fast. He gave us cheeseburgers instead of nuggets. We should have checked the bag but had four screaming kids in the car. I can’t eat red meat due to medical issues, so I didn’t get to eat.

Do NOT go to this McDonald’s. They have ZERO customer service skills. They overcharged me TWICE without a refund. I spoke to the manager who was supposed to follow back up & still nothing & this happened February 6, 2026. I called corporate 4 times without success. Do not go here. They will treat you rudely, overcharge you, & make it your fault with no resolution!!!! HORRIBLE. I WISH I COULD RATE 0 stars!!!

I understand there are poor reviews for food quality or errors — this will happen for fast food. However, our dine-in experience was better than expected. Took my 5 year old here midday on a friday, and everything was clean and updated. There is a main restaurant section and a separate play room area for children. The main bathrooms were very clean and stocked. There is a separate family bathroom in the play zone area. The kids area has 2 large booths, 7 separate tables, and two large tables with low stools. It was not busy when we came.
You can order with an employee at the counter or via a kiosk. For dine in, you need to pick out your table first and enter the table number upon checkout. They bring the food directly to your table.
We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a happy meal with customizations, and everything was correct. My son really enjoyed playing on the play structure. It is a great option for kids on hot or cold weather days. Structure is likely meant for kids between 4 and 12. Small slide for tots but nothing else.
There is plenty of parking to include handicapped spots. Right in the center of Route 3 with entrances on both sides. Also has drive thru as an option.

We dropped off our car in the morning at Chevrolet of Bowie for service, and wondered where we could go and take the kids for some quick breakfast with fun. We have little children (under 5) so I truly appreciate how this location still have a playground (Open at 8:30am, on a Tuesday when we went). We specifically look for restaurants and locations with some family/kids friendly activities when choosing a place for quick bites.
Plenty of seatings. Water dispenser and soda machine; not the “no-refills” allowed like some other locations. Family restroom available. Plenty of parking. Fast service. We will come back for sure.

Could be a nice McDonald’s but I called about the play place, they said the have one but didn’t tell me it was closed until I drove to have lunch with the family.
Also as we sat down they brought us someone else order, when they realized they messed up they took the bag and gave it to the correct person… no new meal was made for him and in the era of Covid that’s a little concerning.
Finally if you select to eat in-store there are not treys or anything, you get you food in a To go bag and nothing else.

This location has done complete 180. When it opened the staff was let’s just say not very customer driven. They could have cared less if stopped in or not. Recently the associates have been replaced and they are very customer driven. Quick and efficient service. Fries are hot and fresh. It is now a favorite stop for me. Maybe they can help the Old Mill licaiim Millersville?

Was not impressed. Even though it had been remodeled, and should be a nice location, it was not a class act. After standing in line for 5 minutes I was told to use a kiosk. The person in front of me was served at the counter and people after me were served as well. The kiosk was dirty and I had to use a napkin while ordering to keep my hand clean. McDonald’s got 2 stars because someone brought the food to the table and she was professional. The cleanliness level and unprofessionalism was not acceptable. I do not recommend this location.

I used the app to order food and went to this location. When I got there, the person told me that my order was put in at another location. So I drive to the other location and they tell me that my order is actually at the original location I was at. I drive back to this location and then they try to gaslight me, saying that I am still at the wrong location. I look at the address to confirm that I am indeed at the right location, and sure enough, I am. So they tell me that I need to go to the next window and talk to the manager. The manager then tells me that I have to change my order from drive through to pick up inside if I want my food. What is the point of using the app for drive through if I am going to have to park and go inside anyways? I do not recommend.

The cooks at this location use to be really good at filling orders out correctly and I use to order all the time from this location but recently I’ve notice my orders come up wrong constantly from missing condiments to getting a single cheese on a triple cheeseburger to having absolutely no breakfast sauce on my bacon egg an cheese bagel every single time I order. I eventually get breakfast sauce on my sandwich when I asked for extra breakfast sauce but even then it was a very small amount of breakfast sauce so management needs to do better and make sure cooks are filling the orders out correctly either that or make sure there’s enough condiments to last through breakfast/lunch.
