I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese well done, I do not trust mcdonalds meat to eat it medium/rare. This is the burger they gave me. HOW DO YOU MESS UP THIS BAD. grossed out won’t go here again. Also if you expect to get fresh fries or anything other than a limp undercooked potato dont order here.

I purchased this big Mac on my way home and when I got on the highway and opened it up and started to eat it, I noticed it only had one , beef patty on the sandwich and it’s a big Mac, which should’ve had two patties very very disappointed in this McDonald’s I will never visit it again. I would have returned for a full refund but I was on the highway and didn’t want to turn around. You have definitely lost me as a customer.

This McDonald’s doesn’t start preparing the Mobile orders until you get there. This is the only McDonald’s I seen like that all the The rest of the McDonald’s I’ve been to prepare the orders in the order in which they receive them. That’s why this place is such a cluster because they’re waiting for people to check in before they start the order and then they don’t know what they made and what they haven’t made if they just would make the orders in which they received the orders. They wouldn’t have these problems.

Forgot 4 pieces of my order. When I went up to get them, the lady slammed the bag on the counter like I was inconveniencing her for asking for the items that I paid for. At this time another customer was waiting for a pie that she forgot and they gave her a pie that someone else had in their hands and returned back to the workers (im pretty sure that’s against code). The lady then said “is this the pie that the other guy returned” and the same lady that slammed my missing food down got a nasty attitude and said “what do you want your money back or something?” The lady obviously wanted her food so she asked for a small fry or something of equal to the pie value and the worker then slammed her small fry down, again like it was the customers fault that they not only missed a part of her order but then tried to give her someone else’s returned food. They are clearly short staffed and there’s events in the area. It’s not the customers fault that they do not have enough staffing or are unaware of events in their area to plan properly.

No matter the time of day, this location seems to always exude a friendly atmosphere. The staff greets the customer with a sincere smile, as well as putting in the effort to ensure that guests enjoy their visit!

This is the second time they’ve served us raw burgers. Manager seemed unbothered by this issue and refused to refund. They also forget something every time we go through the drive through. Avoid this location, management is poor.

I went in with cash and I don’t know what I did to piss this kid off that took my order but I watched him make my drink and put only soda in it and intentionally leave out the syrup. I mean I watched him do this. I didn’t say anything because I realize he doesn’t get paid enough to care, but it pisses me off that I paid $3.00 for watered down soda. I thought about saying something but knew it wouldn’t make a difference. My question is just what did do? Like why intentionally mess up an order?

Waited over 10 minutes for our order. The fries were disgusting. The bread for my burger was hard. My sons crispy chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked. This place needs to be cleaned

Just tried to go to the McDonald’s in Riverside and had a really bad experience so I figured I’d go to the one in churchville because I really wanted a steak egg and cheese bagel. When I pull up to the drive-thru at the churchville location I look at the steak egg and cheese bagel meal cost and realize it says $10.49. because I was waiting so long at the Riverside one I remember distinctly it said $8.39 for the meal. If my memory serves me correct the Riverside store is a corporate store and churchville store is a franchise store. I didn’t realize franchises we’re allowed to upcharge by that much. Be careful guys the churchville store is definitely trying to rip you off. Maybe you’re paying for the better service I have no clue nor will I ever find out because I’m not paying that much.
