Went through the drive thru placed an order did not get a receipt got to the second windows they tried to give me the wrong order then gave me my order minus one fry. I told her I was missing a fry she said I only paid for one. I said OK here is my card for another one she says no you will have to park and come in and order it. I was like that is ridiculous I can give you my card to charge it and you can give me the second fry she said no I was so mad first of all if I didn’t pay for two it was their fault because I ordered two secondly no receipt third I have never had someone refuse to give me what I ordered tell me to park and come in and order it after I waited in line at the drive thru I was so mad I snatched the bag ripping it which she thought was hilarious. Your establishment won’t be getting my business again . Terrible unprofessional customer service

Hi, so yesterday i went through the drive thru, i order a small and medium fry and the young boy at the first window said it was 7.00 once he saw i had cash. I know it was about 6.65. I asked for a receipt because since when anything has been an even dollar. He had the excuse that the machine was down. I just want folks to be careful because in my business, that is considered stealing.

The food was ok. My burger was pink through almost the entire thing. Mcdonalds burgers should never be served pink. The waitress that ” brought our food” missed all of the sauces and a drink. Then had troubles getting what was missing and took thier time making three different trips.
The resturant is almost always dirty floor and tables when we come. There is one lovely older worker when she is on shift does come around and clean tables but thats about it. We come too often to know. The burger is whats really bothering me. We’ve came and had waitresses on thier phones while delivering food as well. Thr ine thing this resturant has going for them is the awesome playplace

Super dirty, employees dont listen to your order and just put random things in. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, got home 2 single patty cheese burgers even though I paid for the doubles. And the best part is it was wrapped in a double cheese wrapper with one of the receipts showing the correct order. But I got the wrong order.

The black lady at the drive thru is the reason I come to McDonalds. She is always so pleasant and friendly. She always says thank you at the end of transaction while the others say nothing and when I say thank you they say no problem. She is such a pleasure and always gets my order right. She deserves a raise. She is wonderful

today , i decided to eat inside . i found an ant in my drink . my boyfriend investigated the fountain drink area , and seen that it was infested with ants , dead ants , dead flies ….
we brought it up to management , and waited for someone to come clean. no one came to clean , they still took customers & had them continue to go get their drinks from the fountain that was infested .
idk if i wanna trust them anymore –

No Respect
Staff are uncoordinated. Waited in right drive through as they had taken 3 other cars before taking my order. Then handed me a ice-cream cone that was so melted it fell over. They were offended when we gave it back asking g for a refund for melted ice cream. RUDE STAFF!

Our food was ok, but the room was very dirty. There was food on the floor. I had to wipe off our table before sitting down. Several seats and benches worn and even taped together. Also the kids play place was very dirty.

I never ask for customizations because I feel like an inconvenience, but they always get it right every time and they’re always cool about it. Food is always good and so is the service. First time 10/10 for me for McDonalds.
