This is the second order in a row I’ve had issues with this place. I ordered only ketchup and pickles on my sandwiches and they came out drowning in mustard. I called the store to complain as someone brought the food to me at work so I couldn’t just go back in, and a young man on the phone hung up on me and proceeded to forward my next calls to voicemail. Finally after 15 calls I spoke with a manager who offered little to no help over he phone.

Absolutely terrible service. Not sure but somehow it always looks like there overstaffed yet behind on everything. There’s always no one waiting to take your order you have to yell a few times to someone who’s just standing around, and when they finish there annoyed slow begrudging walk towards the register, they act like there on our 35 of there shift and take your order in the most sluggish way. Honestly it feels like the managing is just horrible because how can they tolerate this kind of behavior.

Small, but clean, my family stopped here on our drive from Washington, D.C. to Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Ordering was easy, fast and there’s plenty of seats to enjoy your food at. The bathrooms were clean and the space designed well.

Horrible! Went through the Drive thru. They gave me soggy nuggets and cold fries and laughed when I called back to speak with a manager. It’s a real shame how customer service is considered a joke. Smh

They are fast and consistent. Much better than the Edgewood McDonald’s. Food was great.

Terrible attitude with lazy people. They had plenty of people but refused to do table service even though kiosk said to enter tent card number and have a seat. They just kept yelling the order number for pick up which didn’t help because the kiosk wouldn’t print receipt because out of paper. After food got cold and employee figured out it was tent card 29 he yelled he ain’t bringing it to them and they need to come and get it…. 80 year old couple and man with cane…. amazing how terrible they are with customer service. If they aren’t delivering to table then turn that feature off at kiosk.
