I had to repeat 4 times my order . A little inconvenience when you are in a rush. Food tasted like your typical bleached flavored chicken from McDonalds so nothing surprising. But it did the job, I got to eat something in a middle of a gig.

My purchase was very fast. I ordered a Big Mac and a lemonade. It took 7 minutes for my order to be delivered. The presentation of the food was very organized. The lemonade was perfectly measured and in perfect quantities. The food was very organized, of good quality, and at an excellent temperature for human consumption. The staff was very presentable in their respective uniforms. The bathrooms were very clean. The place was very clean, also very pleasant, and in excellent condition. 100/100

Not only did they forget my hash brown from my order but when I went back to complain they gave me this. It’s inedible! It’s hard as a rock and cut in half? The customer service was bad also. They didn’t even apologize for forgetting my order just said here you go. Won’t be back to this location.

The food is always hot and the fries are crisp. The restaurant is always chaotic with a line of people inside and outside. The staff will look you in the eye and ignore you. Ketchup is doled out like precious gems.

Just to preface I’m African American.The service is freaking trash. Here’s my experience at this location: this cashier lady (Hispanic) finishes with a customer(also Hispanic) that’s in front of me when it’s my turn she purposefully leaves the register leaving me to wait 3 to 4 minutes until someone came to take my order. Where’s the professionalism in this location. Will not come back to this location. Not a good way to treat a customer.
