They cheat you and don’t even rectify. I ordered two hash browns and egg biscuit in drive through for my daughter. Got home and found that it had only one hash brown. They don’t pick up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened.

A wonderful McDonald’s! I do the drive-thru probably…50 times a year and the young man, Marshal, at the drive thru taking orders and payments is always professional and pleasant and he will check to see if there are breakfast sandwiches left even if it’s past 10:30 am. He really goes above and beyond for the customers. My food is always hot and fast and I am loyal to this location. It’s also open 24 hours which is pretty special. Thank you for all the meals!

If i could give 0 stars i definitely would. I placed a mobile pickup order for 2 large sandwich combos with drinks and 2 pies. I come to pick it up and I give them my code and they give me a doordash order. I don’t live close by mcdonald’s i’m 20 minutes. I get home realize it’s the wrong food, only has 1 drink 1 sandwich that’s not mine and nothing else. I called 2x and they didn’t answer their phone first and foremost. I drove all the way 20 minutes back with the improper food they gave me. I get there not even upset just wanting my food I paid $30 for. I ask very politely to just get what I ordered. I have my receipt, my code everything. The employees seemed pleasant and fine until the “manager” Sandra V i believe her name was came up to the window. She refused to give me my order despite looking at the receipt with the proper location, the code and even after seeing the food they gave us. She proceeded to deny me my food and a refund for 15 minutes holding up the entire line. She told me I had to leave and she wouldn’t give me any food. Only when I threatened to put a bad review and call her supervisor the following day did she give me my proper order. In which she refused to give me my drinks even telling other employees not to give it to me because apparently I kept 1 sprite when I ordered 2 cokes? I’m not sure what her deal was why she was so rude. I work in customer service myself I understand how these things work and how to handle things like that. That was not how you do that. I will never return to this location as long as she works there. I urge anybody who reads this review to avoid this specific location. The staff may be okay but they are clueless and had no idea what they were talking about. The manager they have is rude and incompetent. I never leave reviews but I feel it’s important for everybody to know and steer clear from here. I will be contacting them tomorrow to speak with a supervisor because based on that situation I still would like a refund considering they refused me my drinks. NEVER COME HERE; watch out for sandra V too!!

Super nice store! Everytime i go there it’s clean, the food is served hot and i always get the $5 McChicken meal. It is so worth it!! $5 for 4pc nuggies, small fries, med drink, sauces and the burger is an INSANE deal for fast food. Overall the store is great! W McDonalds!

The management team tonight was wonderful.after 11 pm the crowd can be difficult. I stopped by here around 12:30pm and the team was super responsive and fast. Very friendly and cared for the couple questions I had regarding a spicy wrap. Appreciate this team very much and will be back,

This place needs new management. Every previous encounter I have had with this place they had gotten everything wrong. Where I had asked for a chicken sandwich and was given a burger or asked for extra condiments and didn’t receive any or didn’t even get the stuff I bought.
Tonight really just pushed it over the edge where my burger was completely uncooked!
This is disgusting.

Came in to get some food, and this employee threatened to call the police on me because I didn’t understand her and apparently I was loitering, even though I was waiting for my food.
She refused to allow me to speak, and she kept yelling over me, in front of 3 other customers. She would not listen when I was trying to tell her I was waiting for my food. I also asked her why she was calling the police, and she could not get me an answer, so she went into the back so that she would not have to talk to me.
This experience was awful, and I would not recommend anybody to go to this location, purely due to the awful staff. There is a Wendy’s next to this McDonalds with much better staff.
