Got a large double quarter pounder meal. Went over to pour my drink, no problems. Got a straw to throw in the bag. What’s this? Oh a small fry. It’s a mix up. I’ll go get it exchanged, no big deal. I say hey I have a small fry and pull it out to show it. The worker tells me that is a large fries. I look at her like she just shot my dog. Another coworker cowered away so as to not meet my gaze. I leave bitter and come here to warn future diners. They are cheapskates and give happy meal sized fries for adult sized prices. Shame on you McDonald’s.

Ordered a large fries and some nuggets at this location. The person at the drive through counter double confirmed that their large fries is labeled with medium fries on the bag. He refused to get me a new large fries. @mcdonalds

5 stars for 5 reasons
1. The deal I got was off the app! Super cheap for the chicken strips and free medium fries! 6 dollars and some change for 4 pieces!
2. The food was super fresh! Hot when it came out! Fries were good but not as fresh!
3. vanilla ice cream is always good but a bit expensive!
4. Clean facility

One food thing is this location is always pretty busy so you get fresh food. But many times I have been given a diet coke, even when I asked if it was regular when it is handed to me. I really dislike the taste of diet drinks, and it is super annoying to have to go back to get it changed.

Two separate occasions where I receive my burger without any pattie in it. Another time I ordered a medium fries in my meal and received a small fry but was charged for the medium. Drive through is always super slow here.

Everything about this place is just phenomenal. Clean, such delicious food, a soda machine (soda machines are being removed around the US from all McDonald’s locations), charging ports to charge devices that actually work, and the best local McDonald’s (i live downtown Clarksburg so i can easily come here daily for activities or to just feed my stomach ). McChickenholic and they’re McChickens never fail to disappoint!

What the heck is wrong with the fry oil. My fries tasted weird.
I ordered grilled chicken in my snack wrap, but got fried.
The drive thru was backlogged and there were 5 cars pulled to waiting areas because their food wasn’t ready.
I’ll never go back. Ill go hungry first.

Burnt bread and meat. Ordered them BOTH >WELL DONE<. paid 14 bucks for a large number 7 cheeseburger meal with one cheeseburger, well done with no pickle, no onions,add shredded lettuce. As displayed in the photo, no lettuce and both sandwiches were burnt. The Drive home is 30 mins. Mc Donald’s services are no longer reliable.
