My kids love coming here for some reason. It tastes like every other McDonald’s, average service and atmosphere. Just a normal McDonald’s experience. We also go to the one by Germantown library, and both places seem to have teenagers as their primary patrons, especially during the couple of hours after school.

It’s a McDonald’s, what else is there that can be said?
It’s a crying shame that for a nuclear family (family of four) to visit any one of these locations, now has to be prepared to spend nearly $50.⁰⁰ for fast food.
It’s fast food for crying out loud. A burger, a bag of French fries and a soft drink. Full stop.
What’s worse, is how none of the food looks anything like the pictures that they portray. Let alone the incredibly expensive television/radio commercials.

Worst… I came in today, fries were cold. They didn’t put any tartar sauce on my fish sandwich I had to ask the nice young man working there to get the kitchen staff to do so.. The tables were a mess the soda station was messy NO ORANGE JUICE …

My favorite and go to McDonald’s in Montgomery County. It is usually clean
with good customer service. Also, as of right now they have a 75 cent coffee special for hot coffee. The wi-fi usually works well, the store is bright and well-lit and my order usually is filled quickly. A downside is that this place can get crowded and noisy on weekdays when the nearby high school students get off school and come here. I like this place a lot.

I posted a review last year about their service and why I would just drive to the one on Quince Orchard. I decided to give it a try so was there on Saturday and got my normal bacon egg and cheese bagel.
Look at the image. I barely got bacon in my sandwich. Wow. Common, please work on this McDonald’s on Mateny Rd Germantown. Reason why now ill just continue going to the one on Quince Orchard.

They skimp on the quantities at this location. (I took these pictures as soon as I got out of the drive through before having any of it.) I would suggest going elsewhere.

I think this store is scamming people. Every time we DoorDash here, the store (or someone posing as the store) calls us up and says their DoorDash is offline. This has been weeks now. They ask for my door dash phone number and ask for a code but the message says “no one will ask for this code”. I reported it to DoorDash but they just covered the meal. Watch yourselves; don’t give out your account info.

First time here! I always order coffee every where I go. I like to focus on costumer service! If you are working the register please have at least a smile on you, otherwise if you having a bad day! Don’t show it to your costumers. Separate your personal problem with work. And if manager read this take note please.

This is the other McDonald’s that is close to where I live. These days I mostly use their curb side pick up service. The service is usually good. Yesterday I ordered deals from two cellular devices. One had trouble with the MacDonald’s app. Each app restarts, I could move one step forward, until it hangs at the last payment step. In the end, I walked inside and sought help from the staff. The staff is very helpful and gets my order done.
I gave one star for the MacDonald’s app in the Play store a long long time ago. Still, time passed, the app remained unstable and crashed unexpectedly. Guess, I don’t need to update the rating anytime soon.
Fortunately, the store staff is still doing a good job, at least for those I encountered.
