The food was fine and the staff were polite, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could definitely use some attention. The floors were sticky, and it didn’t look like they had been swept in a while. The bathrooms were also not very clean, which was disappointing. Hopefully, management can improve the upkeep, because it’s a convenient location otherwise.

The staff is rude and made fun of me when I did not understand a question at the drive-thru. The drive-thru took over 10 minutes because the manager is incompetent and they wouldn’t take a giant order and set it to the side. They made us all wait while that was filled. When I complained the manager couldn’t care less. You seem to think it was appropriate for the staff to make fun of me. It was my fault for not understanding them.

Looks like they have new staff at night that’s good. Looks like they’re going on a better direction but they were short staffed last night. The manager replaced my fries after sitting inline for about 30 minutes at the drive-through. The chicken nuggets were cold and I have had an upset stomach all day along with diarrhea.

I was waiting in the DT line for almost 15 minutes, for a delivery order. Let the person know via speaker that I was there to pick up my order. Went all the way around, got to the window, gentleman told me to go BACK around and get back in the line because the order wasn’t ready. I asked if I could park and just wait, I heard the Lady manager in the back say, “no make him go around.” There were at least 12 cars behind me. I canceled the order pick uo and left. They have zero regard for the time we spend in line waiting and then the manager has the nerve to say that? I don’t fault the guy at the window as he is only following orders from her. Never coming here again.
Update: they tried to report me to my job, stating I left with food and Never accepted it in the app. Luckily I have everything recorded on my dash cam.

Don’t use the drive thru if you’re in a rush. It’s called a drive thru, but you’ll mostly be parked thru your patience. By the time you get your food, it’s basically a Happy Meal for your next birthday.

This place seems to have an operational issue with the drive thru. I can’t pinpoint what the issue is, sometimes the blocker is at the cashier where they hold onto my credit card for a while and attempt to take another order, other times it is stuck at the food pick up window. Regardless if you’re in the drive thru be ready for at least 20 minutes, otherwise save yourselves some time and go into the store. The people have always been polite – I think it’s more of a store management issue.

This is by far one of the worst mc Donald’s ! I placed an order via uber eats for a cheese burger happy meal double fries… they gave me cheese no patty at all.. and there are clearly not two fries … the one they did deliver was also super cold ..this McDonald’s also has the worst drive through service I’ve ever seen. The people are young they have no etiquette they mess up your meal and will tell you I’m tired. This is unacceptable. To add.. I did not get a refund from uber eats even though my money was wasted! I ended up having to place a second order in hopes they would get it right…

Go to a different location. I placed an order on the app and when I got there they said they were closed. I guess they changed their hours and didn’t update it on the app. That’s understandable, but when I called to make sure I would be refunded (the app wouldn’t let me cancel the order since “they had already started making the order”) I was met with a dismissive employee that kept interrupting me and acted annoyed that I had placed an order/calling at all. I didn’t want to be talking to you either, but I needed to make sure I wasn’t going to be charged for food I didn’t receive. Eventually after I got angry and told her to stop interrupting me and listen to what I’m saying (she kept telling me they were closed but wouldn’t answer my actual question, I don’t think she spoke English very well) to which she replied “I don’t care about your order, goodbye” I didn’t care that much about my order, I can eat somewhere else, but if I don’t get my money back in the next week I will go to the restaurant and take $10 out of the register.

Absolute bullshit. They had me wait in line for over 20 minutes while they took the orders of these 2 cars in front of me. I got to the store at 12:50 and they served the people in front of me, but because those people took too long to order, they refused to serve me. I pulled up to the window and asked why and they said they checked the cameras and lied and said that I got here after 1:00am and that they cancelled the people in front of me’s orders because”they had no food”, which is a lie because I saw them carefully ring them up on the drive through screen, they just didn’t feel like working a little more than they had to. Horrible service.

this is actually the WORST mcdonald’s save yourself the time and go to gaithersburg. we ALWAYS have issues with this place. online says they close at 1am we placed an online order at 11:50 pm, drove all the way there only to find that BOTH drive thru AND inside were closed. tried to call inside the store to get a refund and they told us there was “nothing they could do” the mobile app wouldn’t let us cancel it and the lady on the phone told us she didn’t care about our order. this store is actually the worst.
