I am disappointed and angry with this location. I work up the street and come here when I get off work around 3.30am, since this is the only place open. I ordered a fresh Big Mac. Well, I guess that pissed the person off, because once I bit into that sandwich, I got nauseous and threw it up and out. That person dumped so much salt on that sandwich that it was inedible. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for service at the drive-thru, even if there’s just one car. I will no longer be eating here, and I will file a complaint with the corporate office.

They gave me a bacon egg and cheese sandwich when I had asked for steak egg and cheese number 8. You should just say you are out instead of saying you still have them available. Totally unacceptable.

Long wait in drive-thru, rude staff and very unfriendly. Had paid for food in app and couldn’t even access lobby to pick it up. Not to mention my freaking food was COLD and had been seating for long!!! Worst Place!!!

I just visited this location to grab a quick bite to eat, and received the worst possible see ever. The guy taking the orders had trouble understanding English. He asked me to repeat my order 3 times – the screen still reflects the wrong selection. I shared again the order is not coming on the screen correct. After getting that all straightened out
I asked the person for my french fries to be cooked to order… get to the pick up window and the fries are cold. I asked can I please have my fries cooked to order hot. The told me to wait at spot 1 and brought out burnt fries!! Don’t go to this location folks

This McDonalds is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever had the displeasure interacting with. I have tried to keep an open mind, but the number of issues has gotten too high. I have ordered every way possible, and some how my order is always incomplete or unsatisfactory (cold, old, or the wrong food). I have stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to interact with anyone to pick up my order because there is never someone at the register. I have ordered, watched the food be made, labeled, set aside, and then for 15 minutes tried to flag anyone down. I try my best to avoid this McDonalds, but sometimes a DoorDasher gets sent here over the other McDonalds in the area.

This store just took my money through the mobile app but would not refund me when I arrived and it was closed for cleaning.

I placed an order through the mobile app, which took my money. I went to the drive through and nobody answered on the speaker after several minutes, so I pulled around to the window.

Once I got to the window, the person saw me and just mouthed “closed” through the window. I didn’t drive away and they said it was closed for cleaning. When I said the app took my money and asked how to go about getting a refund, they just said “sorry” and closed the window.

I don’t blame to workers there for the app still accepting orders, but they offered no help or assistance on how I could get a refund and closed the window on me as I was speaking.

Really annoyed that I just had $15 stolen from me by this location. I’d recommend going to the one down the street.

The drive-thru clerk spoke too fast to understand and disappeared in the middle of taking our order. We left empty-handed, but not before I noticed the price on the uncompleted order was about $7.15 for a quarter pounder with cheese — almost a dollar higher than listed on the app at that location. This Micky Ds has had consistently unreliable / erratic service from when it opened thru now. With so many other choices nearby (Wendy’s, Popeyes, etc), from now on, we’ll go someplace else instead.
We ended up getting a delish double Smashburger up the street for less money, better ingredients, great service, and easy parking right by the front door — a happier meal 🙂

They do not know how to cook fries here. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and two large fries. I placed a mobile order yet I had to wait at the window for about ten minutes while the line at the drive thru piled up. There was also a person in front of the window waiting for someone to fix his order (not surprisingly). After the ten minutes I finally get my food and 5 minutes later start to eat. The cheeseburgers were so sloppy and unevenly stacked and the fries were cold and soggy with not even one crispy French fry to be found. This place is new and needs to get their act together. Until then, I will avoid it at all costs.

They had management come in and force them to clean up the store but now it looks exactly like it did before FILTHY! Soda machine area is disgusting and damn near all the tables are dirty no workers have come out to clean up, homeless ppl jus hang out and beg for food money or simply harassing people the service is trash they should shut this joint down
