I asked for a simple cup of water. By the time it arrived I was almost done with my meal. They blast the music so loud that you can’t even hear yourself think. If their goal is to drive away customers, they are doing a great job!

The people at this location never fill the fry container. I’ll get a medium and it’s halfway full. I’ll get a large and it’s halfway full. I’ll even get a small and it’s halfway full. I’m not paying for half-full stuff. They also never put everything you order in the bag, nor do they ever give sauces that you ask for, half if not more. The people almost always have an attitude. The burgers/chicken sandwiches are never made right. I’ll get a deluxe McChicken and they won’t put the tomato or lettuce. Long story short, they never do anything right.

On July 8th 4:30 I Got 2 chocolate milk they were rotten even though the expiration date was july 13th. I called 5 times tried in both English and spainsh after I was hanged up twiced one on of the ladies said couldn’t speak English. Then I called another 3 times and tried in spainsh and I kept hearing was hello and hola then hanged up. Very dispointed

(Read it all) I had an issue once where there was a hair in my food. Honestly, I was upset and asked for a refund, that they refused. I submitted a complaint and was offered a voucher for a free sandwich, that I never used.
I’ve been there since then. And honestly, their service, atmosphere, and food is exceptional. This goes for before and after that experience. And, since then, they actually remodeled. That’s a sign that they’re doing a great job. I’m kind of late writing this review. But yea. I was upset that I wasted my money that day. But, mistakes happen. And I enjoy sitting inside this location and enjoying a meal, especially early Sunday mornings.

So disappointed I wasted 6000 pts on a Happy Meal that they were advertising for the up and coming Black Panther Wakanda Forever film! Just for them NOT to have nor be giving away the Wakanda Forever toys that are suppose to be included! Instead I got a cars toy! I was really looking forward to collecting all 10 toys. As a super fan and fanatic about the movie!!! This is so disappointing & truly a waste of points, that I cant get back!
