One of the cleanest McDonald’s restaurants in Montgomery County Maryland. Tucked away in the heart of the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve, the service is excellent, the facilities are sanitary and the food service workers are definitely fast with the food. You have to visit this restaurant to understand what I am talking about. The price is definitely right but don’t forget to get some exercise.

This place is an amazing hidden gem. I’ve been to countless McDonalds all over the world. I keep coming back to this one with my family. Only used the drive thru these last many years, but it’s state of the art and easy.
The staff, even during COVID, was always fast, friendly and professional. I mean they are trained as well as any typical high school kids being managed by professional managers could be. The non managers all look like they are happy to be there but that working there and that McDonalds will be a great story in their life. The managers seem completely concerned with making sure you have a great experience and not wasting a second of your time.
They clearly offer curb side service too, but I’ve never used it.
But the real stand out of the place is the consistent high quality. Whether because of volume or just good management…. everything, burgers, nuggets, fries… specialty sandwiches or special preparations are all equally hot and fresh. None of the feeling these things were prepared even 20 minutes earlier.
There is no other location nearby I can think of that always impresses. And these folks are so low key, you’d never realize how much effort they must obviously put into it. Reminds me of the best franchised locations of other restaurants too.

Disappointing as hell. They lady at the drive through during the week in the morning is ignorant and rude as hell, acts like she’s annoyed if you ask for anything even though I always ask for it when I order and she just forgot to give it. I just went this morning and they got my order wrong 3 times and acted like it was my fault . No apologies just attitude and stupidity. The food is to expensive at these places to get shitty services too

Now I went to a happy meal, I paid, and then when I picked up the food, the manager named Francis gave me the food and when she gave me the drink, it was not properly covered and the soda fell on my pants. I asked her to please change the cup and all she did was put another lid on it and gave me the same cup again with a little more than half of the drink. At no time did she apologize or offer me a new drink, much less give me some napkins to dry my pants a little.

Service, accuracy, and speed of service are all great. However, if you come here when the school is on lunch it’s as loud as a cafeteria, and forget eating in peace when school lets out. The school kids there in the afternoon are very loud and obnoxious, so just eat in your vehicle.
