I literally hate this McDonald’s with a passion.
My recent visit to this McDonald’s location was extremely disappointing due to the terrible quality of the customer service.
​The staff appeared unprofessional and seemed to lack basic training in courtesy and efficiency. From placing the order to receiving it, the entire process felt disorganized and frustrating. There was a noticeable lack of attentiveness, and several employees I interacted with were curt, unhelpful, and displayed a poor attitude.
​Specifically, the interaction at the counter. The lady handling the transaction Sat Morn 9.30 am on 12/13/25 was dismissive, failed to listen properly to the order, and acted as if providing service was an inconvenience. This behavior created a very negative and unwelcoming atmosphere.
​A fast-food experience should be quick and friendly. This was neither. The poor attitude and lack of professionalism from the team truly detracted from the meal and ensured that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Management urgently needs to address the issues with customer service training and professionalism at this establishment.
Also they need to practice saying please and thank you.

Zero customer service skills at the register
If you are at Montgomery Mall, save yourself the frustration and skip this McDonald’s. The staff working the registers have absolutely no customer service skills. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and an overall attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by ordering.
It’s fast food, so I don’t expect white-glove service, but basic politeness shouldn’t be too much to ask. The staff here is rude, dismissive, and clearly untrained in how to speak to customers. Management needs to step in because the current service level is unacceptable.

Was by far the worst fish sandwich I have eaten in a while. Sauce tasted horrible, like when they changed it “back in the day” and the bread was not steamed; was very stale. Also fish tasted stale. I had to throw it away half eaten. Very surprising such a high volume store does such a horrible job. The food was like a store that barely has customers and gives you food they cooked 5 hours ago.
Also the cashier seemed like he didn’t want to be there which was weird.

Zero stars. I had an online order with a confirmation number, but the store manager refused to give me my food. Another customer with the same name came in, and even though his confirmation number did not match, the manager tried to give my order to him. I was treated with suspicion and disrespect, which felt racially motivated. After waiting over 10 minutes, I finally got my food. This experience was unacceptable.

I come here very often. Today’s experience was the worst. They did not have French Fries ready. Instead of cooking it properly, the lady dipped cold fries in oil for less than 30 seconds and served out cold fries. Management, if you are reading, you should make some changes.
