I stopped in to this location this morning and I ordered a McGriddle with Sausage Egg & Cheese and a Sausage & Egg McMuffin which they were missing the sausage!!! I have called this location several times today with no ANSWER this location always either forgets something or the food is cold!! It’s terrible that no one answers the phone at such a popular Business! But needless to say that was a waste of $12 but never again will they have to worry about my business!!

I drive through for my iced coffee every morning. I have been doing this since Jan 2023. Patricia and Francisco at the drive through are phenomenal. They are friendly and Patricia actually cares enough to stir up the iced coffee. I really do hate when I have to go to another McDonalds because the iced coffee is not as good. You have two great employees there. Hard to find these days.

I go here overnight to get food on my lunch break @ work or get breakfast when i get off in the early morning. The lady thats works the drive thru overnight is so very unpleasant. Very poor customer service each time I visit this location……even when I’m always so pleasant to her. Please get her some customer service training.

I have been going to this MC Donald’s since we moved to the area a year ago. I never had any complaints but this Friday night I went to buy dinner for my family. The lady at the drive through was really rude. I ordered my food, said thank you didn’t get a response. When I pulled up to the first window I asked how she was doing she didn’t say a single word. When I got my food they gave me a large drinks with medium fries. When I looked at the receipt it said large soda. I never asked for a large and I was charged for it. I understand everybody has their day but I go around showing everybody nothing but respect no matter how I am feeling. This was really unprofessional on her part and I know it’s just a few cents but it’s the principle for me. I didn’t want to fight over a few cents but I was really upset by this. I respect the people in the food industry. I am not expecting to be treated like a king but a smile and some acknowledgment goes a long way. I only gave one starts because the rest of the staff were great but I hope this does not happen again.
