This Location needs new cooks!! The food is awful. Too much salt on the burgers dried out meat buns hard. Give customers food that’s probably been up there all day/ evening. Night time it’s no better. I asked for a vanilla shake I got a vanilla chocolate mix. Some people are allergic to certain things. Pay attention plz!!!!

I’ve been needing to do this for some time now, a few months ago I was in a very dark place lost both my parents and both dogs and an aunt all just a few months apart, I was done I was a shell, lost, hopeless etc. But one day I came to get my usual order a LG caramel frappe and on a particular day RON was at the drive through and his care came through the speaker very genuine, at the window we was very personable and ask how are you doing today my friend and the usual LIE I said im fine thank you. He took my card rang up my order and giving me my card back he looked and me and said you have a good day sir and with his demeanor and smile through his face mask really hit a spark. I really needed that it felt like he knew what I was going through and was telling me that I was going to be ok. I pulled into a parking spot and broke into tears, just when my wolrd had ended over and over Ron’s attention to detail and customer service felt more like a warm hug from a dear friend. I’ve been a retail manager for 30 years and what we go through with customers, only someone in this business can understand, we are very often mistreated. But with RON it never changes. I wanted to say think you to Ron and the management at this location for the outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Three times I’ve ordered breakfast from this location that was confirmed before I left home only to arrive to find out my order was canceled. The past 2 times I ordered fries from my App points since I wasted my time driving there. If breakfast ends before 10:30 they need to let the public know. Not ordering from this store anymore!

It took 45 minutes to recieve a 2 can dine meal yesterday. Then the manager and staff was very rude and started cursing and acting a fool. The line in the store was to the back window in store. When I tell you even the manager was cursing and acting a fool. Never would I recommend anyone to eat there. Very unprofessional. This is the most randomly closed McDonald’s ever. They must make up their own hours depending on how they’re feeling. There is 1 lady on the overnight shift that is on top of things but if she’s not there, good luck.

This McDonalds is particularly bad. I’ve ordered here three times and they get my order wrong. It might not matter to the workers, but it’s my money and time that’s being wasted. The last time I ordered, they didn’t give me two large fries and I drove back to get them. The man at the counter very nicely accommodated me. This time I ask for a Medium Iced Macchiato and they give me a small caramel coffee.
You it might not be this particular restaurants fault either – it might be the app and its lack of good communication to the restaurant. But regardless, one star for a billion dollar company for stealing my money and wasting my time.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!

I got the 2 for 5 dollar sausage egg cheese mcgriddle and steak bagel meal it should have came to 16 dollar give or take. Hispanic boy with curly hair told me 18.30 and did not give RECEIPT he said next window I go next window they said stay on 3rd window . major red flag

so I get my food and he charged me the meal and for 2 sausage only mcgriddle no egg cheese on it totaled like 6.89 plus tax so I get out out the car ask for recipt and the manager had to give me a full refund and ask the guy how did you mess this up he couldn’t look me in the face. As if I made him work on a Saturday morning and he just wants to take it out on customers for no reason. Wow I will keep coming but watch this kid closely he is tall slim and very shady guy. Hope he wont work there long. Glad manager took care of it but wasted like 12mins.

WORST LOCATION! GET NEW STAFF!! SLOWWWW

Don’t waste ur time at this McDonald’s and go to another location, it will take the same time to get ur food cause of how long you’ll wait here. 10-20 mins for one item order.

1. A customer ahead of me ordered medium coffee and waited 5 mins?! He said that he wanted a refund. And they wouldn’t even refund him $2 coffee to wait because they suddenly made a coffee in front of him so they don’t refund. Why don’t you do that first before making him wait 5 mins?

2. I ordered a cheeseburger and waited for 15 MINUTES?!!!! How is that even possible.
I saw a staff eating behind the counter WHILE cooking our burgers. Unprofessionally and unhygienic? Is that even food safety standard?? I told the staff and they’re like ok. Didn’t even give a damn about it

3. I told them I’m still waiting for a cheeseburger, and he’s like “I don’t see ur order, but here”? My order number was on the screen. So he couldn’t even give me my burger unless I asked for it and made me wait 15 mins?

GET NEW STAFF FOR THE SAKE OF UR BRAND! This looks like a new location and it’s the worst out of 30 years of my life.

There was a huge group of people waiting and most of their orders is just 1-2 items?!
