Got into drive thru and was told it’s only cash. Apparently machine was down. Got to the order window and it’s now past 4am, so only breakfast. Advised the employee that we have been in line for 30 mins and didn’t bother telling us after 4, it’s only breakfast. Just ended up arguing back and forth and eventually talked to manager and we got our order in 2 minutes!!

At half past one I went to McDonald’s to pick up the pre-ordered 13 minutes and I asked for my order by the window they said wait in line for me I said I don’t have to wait this is a pre-ordered order, they said you have to wait So I said this order is waiting inside I’m waiting outside Customer cold food He still talks to me about the rules. If the new order and the previously placed order will wait in the same order, what’s the point of ordering online and if they are preparing these orders, they have to order them from a separate window, but they keep them waiting in the same order, so I went in 13 minutes, I waited there for 12 minutes 25 minutes, they canceled their order because other drivers were not waiting. This McDonald’s service is trash. I ordered a frappe as a curbside order at 5:50. 30 mins go by and I still didn’t get my order. Why have a curbside option if the workers are going to wait until go inside and pick up your order. Only reason I didn’t pull off is because I already paid. Don’t waste your time going to this location. Go to the one on Baltimore Ave.

This McDonald’s is super pretty but ig they have “pretty privilege” and take a long time to make food. It’s not even busy at the store, but it took them 20 minutes to get my food. The McDonald’s at Baltimore Ave and east west hwy would’ve had this food prepared a lot faster. Never coming back to this location!!
