I arrived to this location at 11:30, and they have the lobby closed when their sign clearly says midnight. Another customer stated that staff says that they close the lobby at 11, but allow customers to remain in the lobby until midnight. I walk to the location because I don’t have a car, and they said they can’t serve walk up customers in the drive thru window. This is bad practice by the staff because they are refusing service to customers, and breaking policies by closing before stated time without advance notice.

Just purchased a frappe drink and an egg McMuffin sandwhich. The drink had a sharp foreign plastic object in it that I almost swallowed. The egg on sandwhich was grayish disgusting. I tried to call manager they didn’t answer the phone. Tried several times to report this.

This store isn’t my usual McDonalds but I was in the area. I stopped by around 8:30pm and ordered take out at the counter. The staff and the food were great but by far the best thing about this particular restaurant is the bookshelf with children’s books. “Today a Reader. Tomorrow a Leader.”

Let’s start from the beginning, drive thru line was down to the street entry so I decided to go inside since it looked empty inside. No one up front to help or checking the dining room where there were a couple dirty tables. I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt printed BLANK absolutely nothing on it. I asked for a copy of my receipt to which some young boy in a button up told me there was no way he could pull up my receipt on the registers since I ordered at the kiosk. How is that true when my order pops up on the screen for you to make it? There’s got to be a way to give me my receipt. He walked off like he couldn’t help. I get my order timely and everything LOOKS good before walking out. I get home (around the corner) and the large fry is completely sunken into the carton. I poured the fries onto a plate and the fries that were at the top of the carton were cooked however everything below it that couldn’t be seen before emptying them out was UNDERCOOKED. A good 80% of the fries were so limp and stringy you would think I ordered NOODLES. I called to the store twice to speak with a manager and received no answer. This is the second really bad experience with this location and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I’m not sure if it was just an off night, but this place seemed like it was in chaos. I didn’t think they were extraordinarily busy, but could be wrong. I pressed the kiosk help button & I never received help. I waited 10 or 12 mins. to get someone to help me, which only happened after they asked whose chocolate shake is this & gave the order #, which I never received at the kiosk, nor did I receive my receipt from the kiosk, so I didn’t know my order #, it flashed on the screen & then it was gone in about 1-2 secs., while I was looking down for my receipt. Then it took the young man behind the counter a few minutes to print it.

Worst McDonalds I been to called my uber at 4:30 pm and place my order for some fries and a lemonade sweet tea mixed waited for more than 15 minutes plus for fries and a drink that I didn’t even get to enjoy it because my ride came I even seen someone who I placed my order before them received a full meal before me very disappointed
