The food and the coffee is always good. The hamburger I bought was just as good as when I was a kid. The new interior is interesting, it looks like an old Spanish Pueblo or something like that. I have been coming here for over two years and I have never had a bad meal or bad service. I definitely rank this #1 for PG county, at least for breakfast and lunch.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 chicken tender meals when there was no rush. After 20 minutes I went inside and one of the employees said they had just started my order when I had seen at least a dozen other vehicles come and go from the drive through line. On top of that this is how both the large fries in my meal were filled.

Absolute.. unprofessional service. I use to patronize this location every morning but after this incident.. no mas!!! Tried to use my birthday treat but it turned into an absolute.. unnecessary horrifying customer experience. This experience clearly showed how much McDonalds appreciate their customer. The manager, after having an issue with the cashier, immediately came to me with an attitude after I tried to show him what I was able to get with my birthday gift.

I tried to walk into the location to place an order at around 10pm, and all the doors were locked. The doors clearly indicate that dining room doesn’t close until 11pm. I prefer walking in and ordering, instead of going through the drive-thru, and this is frustrating when stores close access early without any notification or explanation. Also had me waiting for roughly 10min before even answering the intercom in the drive-thru

This McDonald’s has the worst people who deliberately will give you a messed up order just to get you out of the drive thru. Two different occasions in a weeks time I ordered double cheeseburgers and the give me singles. They are that incompetent.

Neighborhood kids in here threatened my wife while she was here with my daughter and the employees just stood there and did nothing. Not a safe McDonalds anymore. Sad for the whole neighborhood, honestly, people in the area have done a trash job raising their kids and they’re just letting then roam the streets stealing cars and threatening to beat up Moms while they’re out with their young children. All they’re setting these kids up for is an extended stay in Juvie.

My fries are never fresh. I went here the other night to feed my family after a late basketball game. I was exhausted and didn’t check my bag until I got home. I was so angry I called the store. Nobody answered. I ordered burgers and 3 large fries for my family to share. Fries are almost $5 each. My container should be filled for that price. When I got home a few minutes away I noticed my fries were half filled. There wasn’t enough for my family of 6. I was too tired to go back so I put some fries in my air fryer so everyone could have some. From now on I am driving to the one on Alexander Ferry Rd. There food is always fresh and I never have to ask to fill my fries. I wish I could get my money back.
