Ordered a caramel macchiato on the app and yet again for the fifth time they have not updated the app that their machine is broken. This time the cashier Maria is arguing with me saying they do not do refunds when I order through the app. Mind you the last four times they refunded me….. oh and the app clearly says the restaurant has to refund you which I showed her multiple times. Do not go to this location.

Here is the deal….I thought I would stop by and grab me a large order of fries and a medium ice mocha for a job well done on selling my old car. Let’s start of with I was the only one in the drive-thru lane for 4 minutes. A car pulls up in the other lane and was serviced before me. I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t want my food to be tampered with. So, I just patiently waited until someone finally decided to take my order. When I get to the first window, an elderly employee was very friendly. The conversation changed the tone from what I was feeling previously. I went to the second window to retrieve my order. As the employee handed my drink, I looked at it because it appeared to be a small and not a medium. I asked her and she stated that it was a medium. I took my order and drove off. As I’m driving down the road, I reached in the bag to retrieve my large fries and was completely blown away. The ice mocha that I ordered turned out to be a Latte. Not what I ask for. Been ordering either the hot or iced mocha at other locations. I have never ed ordered a Latte because its not sweet. Look at the pictures provided and see how disappointed I was. I was too far gone to turn back around. I gave this location establishment a 1 star only from the person friendliness at the window otherwise, it would be no stars.

Took forever to get our meal ready. When received, mcflurries we’re half full went back inside store to ask for them to be filled fully as I paid for, they weren happy about it. We left before I tested the food which I regret bc the chicken nuggets were visibility old and when I took a bite of them,they tasted like they had been warmed up after sitting out for hours. Avoid this location at all cost.

I ordered a double fish filet meal from the drive thru. When I got home, there was a single fish sandwich in the bag. The fries tasted like they weren’t done. I waited at the window for approx. 12 minutes for my order and they still got it wrong. I tried submitting a complaint directly to the store but it requires that I have the store number. Well you can’t find their store number anywhere online. I also tried calling them several times and no one answers the phone. After about 15 rings, it hangs up. Worst business ever. The owners of this franchise need to clean house.

I came through the drive through for breakfast waited in line when there was only two cars my self in one lane and the car that was there before me in the other . The other car is fine ordering pulls forward as he did that another car pulls forward in the lane he was in at the employees here instead of taking my order like they should they made me wait and skipped over me and had him go first . I don’t do well when it comes to ppl not respecting other people time so we will be reporting this to corporate
