No half and half sweet tea , every McDonalds I’ve been to has it, even at an up charge, but to say you have lemonade and sweet tea, but you don’t mix them makes no sense when everyone other McDonalds does. The little girl at the first window wasn’t pleasant either, I don’t have time for a stank attitude when I’m just ordering a fry and a drink. Basic human courtesy goes a long way. It’s the small things that take a business to the next level.

Waited at the drive thru voice box for several minutes after placing a mobile order. No one answered. I got to the window staff is in there on their phones taking selfie. I waved to get their attention the girl rolled her eyes and walked away. The manager gets to the window I asked him about my order he hands me the car behind me order. This place is RATCHET

Absolutely horrible experience here at this mcdonalds. We got pulled up for 2 chicken nuggets happy meals and a cheeseburger happy meal. After waiting 10 minutes we went back into the line and pulled into the second window. Still took another 5 minutes for the food. When we received it they gave us double fries with the happy meals instead of apple slices that we asked for and was listed on the receipt. When we asked for apple slices they requested to see the kidsmeals. I pulled the fries out the boxes and gave them to them. Absolutely horrible. You make a customer wait over 15 minutes for an order, you give them the wrong items, and then request to get the kids meals back as if someone is trying to get free food. MANAGEMENT NEED TO DO BETTER. I wont be coming back!!

horrible experience they take forever to make the food all the staff is lazy and take forever to give the food instead of making your food they laugh and talk. I didn’t receive two of my items i was already waiting for a while and they took forever i am disappointed and dissatisfied. never coming here again do better!

Today I went through the drive ordered my food it was Fast it was Fresh to my knowledge……. until I took a bite looked down a realized a bug ! Yes you read right A BUG!!! I’m literally blown away at this I’m sickened! And confused on how something like this could even happen !

Dont go to this McDonalds. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and this is what i got. First its a double hamburger with just MEAT . Clearly not what i ordered, on top of that ts don’t even look safe to eat, it looks cut and poked through. This is diabolical i called to get my money back n they didn’t answer.
